Jim and Elizabeth are long time Gainesville residents and we love to meet visitors coming to Gainesville for study, health care or football. Gainesville has it all and we love providing lodging for you while you enjoy it. I believe Gainesville is absolutely the best place in Florida to live, learn and enjoy life. Why Elizabeth Bolton chose Gateway Park
Location -- near UF and downtown; pricing is affordable and competitive; very clean; the green space is what makes this property inviting. Landlords own and manage the property. This property was built in the mid 1970's in a quiet neighborhood away from noise and traffic but near the major attractions in the area. It is a satisfying property to work on and to own because the neighborhood and the neighbors are great. Most of all we have kept the trees and large azaleas that make it beautiful all year.
What makes this Apartment unique
These apartments are centrally located to be near the University of Florida and downtown Gainesville. It is a quiet area with spacious lawns on all four sides and blooming azaleas in the spring. Further you can call the landlord directly and we will strive to respond to your request at soon as possible. Our rental interests are limited to select properties and we strive to give personal attention to the property and the guests when requested.

Great location for all your need
The one bedroom apt was perfect for my dog and i.was clean, had everything you need. We stay there for 3 1/2 months Quiet safe and friendly area, walking distance to restaurant, groceries ect. Gainesville his very bicycle friendly.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friend
Elizabeth and Jim leave nearby and always there to help
Great location, perfect option for those on a budget
The place was perfect for one to two people. It is compact but clean and has everything you need for a short stay in Gainesville. Not too close to the noisy college students but just a short drive from campus, the stadium, and the restaurants downtown. The outdoor space was perfect for breakfast or a morning coffee and the neighbors are lovely. Elizabeth was a dream to deal with: very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely book with her again!
Mallory, thank you for your kind works. Guests like you make being a vacation rental owner a pleasure. And the apartment was in great shape -- my cleaning person thanks you as well. Please come again.
Place was available and ready as reserved.
Place is in quiet area and accessible to almost everything. Good for people traveling with pets. Ms Elizabeth is very nice and readily available for concerns.
Perfect for our needs.
We needed a place to use as a base for visiting family and found this apartment to be just right. It was clean, contained everything we would need, and we enjoyed the patio for days we stayed at home. The apartment is in an older part of the city, but we felt safe at all times even when coming back late at night. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
Clean, quiet comfort in a mid-town neighborhood
This apartment was clean, quiet, well-appointed and in a quiet neighborhood close to the University of Florida. My husband and I spent Thanksgiving week there, and much appreciated the easy access and light traffic in the area. The listing description is accurate, and Elizabeth is an attentive and responsive property manager who contacted us to make sure we found everything as promised. Why pay more, fight traffic and noise, and stay in a chain hotel when you can relax in the comfort of a private setting? Do you love great food? Don't miss nearby "UpperCrust Productions" french bakery at NW 16th Blvd and NW 43rd St, and "Civilization" at 1511 NW 2nd St!
Absolutely wonderful stay
Couldn't be happier about my time spent at this place. Elizabeth was very welcoming and accommodating. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was a quick drive to wherever you need
