Great location! Comfortable and clean condo w/ close access to amenities.

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying at Shay and Zeke's condo. It's in a great location by the Northstar Resort close to amenities but it never got noisy. The condo was very clean and helpful notes and binder are provided. Access to the recreation center was very convenient. There are swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a gym. Safeway is a 15 minute drive away, not far at all. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Northstar Location

  • 5 of 5

Stayed at this one bedroom condo with a friend for a quick two night getaway. It was perfect. The location is just past the village by driving. An easy walk (or ski) to the village for the gondola. You also have access to the recreation center, which is very enjoyable with the large hot tubs and heated pools for an après ski soak! Inside the condo was spick and span clean and everything you need for cooking at home while watching the gondolas go by your window! There is a ski locker just outside of the front door so you don't need to take snow inside the condo with you. I've stayed at a few different condos in the area through the years and highly recommend this location. Just a super easy ski in/out and can easily get to the condo for lunch or if you need to add or lose a layer of clothing. I've also stayed at hotels in the past in Truckee and Reno and this beats all of that by far. No hassle of parking and shuttles. I'll recommend this one to family and friends and hope to stay there again... maybe even in summer! Many thanks for a much needed getaway!

Beautiful winter wonderland getaway!

  • 5 of 5

A friend and I stayed in this beautifully redone condo on Northstar during the "storm of the quarter century" in Tahoe. We were lucky enough to witness the heavy snowfall during our stay from the inside of the this cozy place. The kitchen was great for cooking, the living room perfect for Netflix binges, and the king sized bed was a dream. We were able to easily walk down (5 mins) to the village at Northstar and the gondola up to the Ritz hotel. Perfect for 2-4 people, I'd love to stay this condo again!

Wonderful contemporary condo!

  • 5 of 5

This condo was great for a quick weekend at Northstar, but we certainly wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean, has great light, and nice finishes. I slept on the sofa sleeper...really nice mattress/very comfortable. It was easy to cook in the condo, and we ventured to the Village for dinner one night (walking on the path--well lit). Quick walk with skis to get on the slopes every morning...great location, very quiet. We even went to the recreational area and used one of the many outdoor hot tubs. We will certainly be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Top-Notch Condo, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

The unit is a great little place to get away to the mountains. Often with rentals like this, including my MLK weekend house, the places are lacking in a variety of ways and often feel like decade-old rentals. This condo feels more like a well-manicured home: Tempurpedic bed, nice furniture and an open/modern kitchen. It's beyond comfortable for a couple and easily fits 1-2 more on the pullout. A nice homemade guide is handy right when you walk in to get the lay of the land (favorite restaurants, clear instructions to use things, recommendations for activities, etc...).

The location is excellent too. As a skier, I was walking <100 yards to get on or off the hill. You can get to/from the slopes right from the front entrance on snow days. It's convenient. Venturing to Northstar village by foot in the winter can be a bit of an adventure, but would be easy without multiple feet of snow. After that one-time mistake on the snow, I drove down to the reserved recreational-use lot, but there is supposedly a shuttle that you can call as well. The amenities are nice too; we used the rec center one day and it was very nice. I'll be back.
