This new (1 year old) 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms apartment suite on the main floor of a home comes with its own private entrance in the back of the home. It is located in one of the most desirable residential areas in Vancouver, Fraserview.

Excellent suite for an amazing price!!

This suite is a perfect alternative to spending hundreds on a hotel room. You might not be staying a block from the Robson street, but this suite provides you with a spacious & relaxing getaway you will never find in the city, especially with this price!! We have a little one, so staying in a quiet neighborhood really helped at night time. The suite is incredibly well taken care of; clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Only downside is the drive in/out to the city, but if you own/rent a car, then obviously it's not bad at all. Besides, parking is included in the amazing price, and if you were to get a hotel in the city, they'll tag you with extra for parking at their facility.

We will definitely be staying here again when we come up to Vancity!

Excellent place to stay, especially with a car rental.

Everything was excellent! A garage for our vehicle, 2 bathrooms when your 3 people or more is a necessity. We were within 15 minutes of the waterfront, 10 minutes to downtown and a 2 minute walk to a golf course. Our hosts honor your privacy, but are there to help you with any needs you might have. The only minus is air conditioning, but we did not need it, as the evenings were cool and with windows opened the rooms were perfect. If you love cooking with gas like we do, it is a plus (quick heat prepares your meals in half the time). Our hosts are very nice and polite, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who loves VRBO rentals. Thanks Zaira and Hubby for having us, and good luck to you all in your future endeavours.

Yes the gas stove is a definite plus. We hope you were able to enjoy all the other amenities as well. There are AC vents in the suite however there is no control in the suite and therefore it only goes on when we set it to go on on our side. Due to this technicality we list the suite as non-AC and hence provide 2 fans and of course there are lots of windows to open. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels before going home. We appreciate your kind words and would love to have you visit and stay with us again.

Clean, new but a distance to the various Vancouver attractions

Zaira and Kash left a box of chocolates to greet us. The apt. was clean and newly built. Previous tenants left filters for coffee, tea and a variety of condiments in the fridge. We wish that there was A/C . The owners A/C was directly below my window and loud. The beds could use an upgrade to a regular queen (they were more like full size), and a box spring would have added comfort. We appreciated the garage space, yet would have liked to sit in the back yard to relax in the fresh air rather than the futon couch inside.

All the pantry items as well as fridge items were placed there for your convenience by us the owners. Hope you were able to enjoy something. As for bedding configurations/ sizes even the actual brand of mattresses , AC not being Available in the suite, and the backyard being unavailable;all of these were clearly stated in the ad prior to you booking. The locations and distances to various attractions are also indicated in the ad. We hope you were still able to enjoy yourselves and would be happy to welcome you again.

Clean, comfortable, and modern

Our family of four was very comfortable in this spacious suite, with our tween son having the living room futon to himself and our daughter with her own room. The master bedroom was simple and comfortable. This suite has high ceilings, which really gives it a great open feeling. Although the location is not close to downtown, it's not hard to get to and is in a very pleasant residential neighborhood.
