About Carol Werner
We are a snowboarding family which brought us to Summit County. We enjoy the summers here as much as the winters and wanted a year round place to enjoy!
Why Carol Werner chose Frisco
We fell in love with this property for its location, spaciousness, mountain views, and convenience to the surrounding resorts. Also, this property is in great condition!
What makes this House unique
This property does not require the use of a car. There are many businesses within walking distance; grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It is an easy walk through the park to the Transfer Station to catch the Summit Stage for free transport to downtown Frisco, surrounding towns, and the local ski resorts! We love it!

Lots of SPACE!
Very comfortable for a multi-family or large family vacation. Centrally and conveniently located to several ski resorts. Available and responsive owners. Nice to have garage parking. Great hot tub!
Nice house in a perfect location. Missing a few amenities.
We had an enjoyable stay at this house which was close to the Frisco transit center with an easy ride to copper mountain for skiing. The hot tub was great, clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable but arranged in a strange manner (two rooms had a queen and a single for three people to share). The house was mostly well stocked (plenty of clean sheets, blankets, and towels) but missing some staples like sponges or a dish brush, hand soap in each bathroom, and not quite enough glasses in the kitchen to accommodate the number of guests. Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying here.
Great place; would stay again in a heartbeat
This place was exactly as described and we were all very pleased with everything. It had everything we needed (except enough toilet paper, but we just picked some up) and is in a great location. Instructions for check in and check out were clear, and I felt I had all the information I needed for the process to go very smoothly. Host communicates very promptly and courteously. I would stay here again and again.
Great location and value for money. Worked really well for two families.
The property is a little older but in excellent condition. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for two families. The second lounge was great and having decent TVs, PlayStation and Xfinity was a bonus. There was plenty of hot water and linen, the kitchen was well-set up and the house was warm and dry. The hot tub was fantastic! Being so close to the supermarkets meant it was so easy and convenient for supplies. Frisco is central to all the resorts and we could choose each day where we wanted to ski and also eat out. Had never eaten out in Frisco and found excellent restaurants, as well as our favorites in Breckenridge being a short drive away. Owner was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property.
Great location and the layout of the unit.
The owner is easy to work with and responsive.
Awesome Location, Beautiful Duplex, Fun Had By All...
My family had an amazing Summer stay at the Frisco Duplex. It's as if we picked up our family home and dropped it in Frisco...except we just had to bring ourselves! The two comfortable living areas meant the kids and adults could spend time away from each other when necessary. Each had big screen tv's with one having an Xbox360 for the kids to use. Really a whole another large family could have stayed with us and would have been comfortable. Each bedroom had comfy beds/linens with plenty of storage space. The hot tub was set up perfectly when we arrived and was welcome after long days hiking, kayaking and exploring the area! Beautiful mountain views from the hot tub and large deck! The gas grill was great as we had BBQ'd several nights! The location could not be more perfect. A car would not be necessary from this location as we noticed the Frisco Transfer Station is only a couple of blocks away so next time we'll take the bus from the airport! Then free bus service to other local ski mountains and towns, as well as downtown Frisco. Whole Foods is a short walk away along with other dining and shopping options. Frisco Bay Marina was a short 20 minute walk and we tried the kayak rentals that had just amazing scenery. We booked a white water rafting trip and rented mountain bikes just a short walk from the Duplex at Kodi Rafting. Our Kids will remember their first whitewater rafting trip forever! Basically too much to do with not enough time to do it in Summit County in the Summer! This Frisco Duplex is the perfect location to make your "Home Base"! We would definitely recommend this location!!!
For a wonderful winter vacation, this home is centrally located amongst Summit County's ski/snowboard resorts including Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Loveland (15 minutes away) and Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek (30 minutes away).
Also an amazing summer getaway located near hiking, biking trails and water sports on nearby Lake Dillon.
