Swamp cooler cooled house to only 85 & very poor ventilation. Bugs & spiders in basement bedrooms. Trash can by driveway overflowing when we arrived on Tuesday afternoon & appeared that it had been there for some time. We didn't know what to do with trash but to pile on top of other trash.

Wonderful Home

We absolutely loved this neighborhood and the home itself. It is very clean and comfortable and the yard is beautiful. Nothing negative to say about this place - highly recommended!

Much needed general maintenance impacts the home.

  • 2 of 5

Actually stayed at their home in South Jordan. Nice big house with a lot of deferred maintenance. Obvious that have not reinvested in the home. No cable tv on either of the small televisions. Good crash pad for a lot of people, but not that great of a family home if you're actually bringing children and spending time in the house. Tub in master bath spit out rust particles. Blinds in master bedroom are unworkable. Could not move the heat above 70 degrees when the weather turned foul. Yard needs care before it is truly usable for children. Nice quiet neighborhood. Could be a very nice place for a long stay, IF they reinvested and got the prime assets in working order and paid for some actual television service! They were very easy to work with during the stay.

City stay ski getaway

  • 4 of 5

This house was all we needed for our ski trip base. It was located within blocks of places to eat, a gas station, and not far from a grocery store. Everything, including the hot tub, was in good working order. With a little shopping, we were able to make breakfasts in the morning before we headed to the hill.
