Why Kelley Root chose Trout Lake
We chose to purchase this property because we could use it all year long. With 65 acres that is right next to state land you can hunt, boat on nearby lakes, see well known destinations and of course snowmobile
What makes this House unique
You are able to store your quads, boat or snowmobile in a two stall garage to keep them out of the elements

Very cozy and cute cabin to stay at. The snowmobile trails are right behind the garage, which was very convenient. The cabin was clean and plenty of space for our gear and games after. The owner was great to communicate with and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this cabin to others. :)
Two thumbs up!!!
Great property for family with any age children, large backyard plenty of room and clean
Nice place by every place we wanted to go
Nice place, centrally located. Our family had a great U.P. vacation experience!
Nice cabin, plenty of space for our family of five. Fire pit was a nice bonus!
Very clean home lots of room and amenities.
Very clean home with many beds and washer dryer. The bar down the road was excellent! Not a lot in the town or phone/internet service so it was tough to figure out our day. Luckily there were some visitor books/guides in the house and we had our gps. The basement was causing some musty odor at first entry but after being inside it wasn't noticeable as much. I would recommend staying here as it was relaxing and quiet.
had everything we needed
Nice quiet location. No Verizon cell phone service.
