Turn right out of the neighborhood on to The Ravenel Bridge to go downtown Charleston or take a left and head to the beach in minutes. There is a pool and tennis courts if you feel like staying close. 5-6 golf courses within 20 minutes and every bar or restaurant you could possibly want close by. House is fully furnished down to having a Keurig for easy to fix coffee. You can walk to the new beautiful park and pier in five minutes. If you feel like walking the path on the Ravenel Bridge there are sidewalks to it and it is minutes away. Owner is readily available to make suggestions on where to go for whatever it is you want to do. Cable and Internet are provided so you can relax at home or go out and about. Rent paddle boards and Kayaks on Shem Creek or head over to Tidal Wave watersports at the IOP marina to rent Jetskis and parasail. Welcome to Charleston. Conde Naste's number 2 city in the world to visit!

I fell in love with this place on a college visit and never looked back. I love to travel and do 'outdoorsy' things. Perfectly located close to everything you will want to do while you are here. Condo has been completely renovated inside and is extremely cozy. Bring yourself, your bathing suit, your comfortable clothes and get ready to relax! I bought this condo b/c it is so close to everything you could possibly want to do here. Everything in Charleston is a social event and 90% of those are outdoors.

Clean and Great Location

We came to Charleston with another couple to celebrate our anniversary and are so glad we stayed here.

The outside of the building made me a little nervous upon arrival because these are older units. However, upon walking in, we realized very quickly what a great decision we had made.

This apartment is very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with many items: ziplock bags, cleaning products, coffee creamer, trash bags, and even more. I can't say enough about how well kept this place was. Everything was really well-maintained and the beds were comfy.

The location was the selling point for us. It's just hard to beat. We were able to Uber downtown for about $8-12, which saved us finding parking, paying for parking, and someone refraining from drinking. It never took us more than ten minutes to get to delicious food or a fun bar. The location was truly fantastic.

Another highlight for us was the tennis courts! They aren't Wimbledon by any means, but they served us well and were a fun, free extra. And speaking of extras, the smart TV was an awesome touch.

Overall, this was an excellent place for us to stay, and if we returned to Charleston, we would stay here again.

Quaint Condo, Great Location, Good Price

Our trip started off poorly when we were unable to get into the condo at 4pm. It was an honest mistake by the cleaning crew but unfortunately their mistake and our inability to reach the owner for an hour resulted in us not getting into the condo until 6pm, which is not ideal when you have a dog and 2 small children. Since we couldn't get a hold of the owner, we called VRBO and the only help they could offer was booking us a hotel room for the night. It would have been great if VRBO had known the possible door combos when we called.

The condo itself is in a great location. It's very close to the Ravenel Bridge and there are restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and a Starbucks within 5 minutes. The complex was fairly old, so there are some improvements that could be made (a few of the plug outlets were loose in the master bedroom and bathroom and some loose flooring in the kitchen) but it was painted and decorated very nicely. It was also very clean and the linens smelled like fresh laundry!

This is not the owners fault but it is important to note is that this condo is NOT suitable for children who crawling or just beginning to walk. Our son is one and very exploratory, so he kept getting into the cabinets and was trying to pull the contents out, he pulled the tray/end table onto himself (resulting in a very large scratch on his neck and chest), and he slipped on a loose piece of flooring in the kitchen and bit his tongue very badly (a huge gash). After that, we decided to leave the evening before check-out.

I'm giving this 3 stars because of our personal experience but if you have older kids or want an adult weekend, I would recommend this condo.

Fantastic place and outstanding customer service

I had to be in Mount Pleasant for about 2 weeks and this place was absolutely perfect for me. The place is very spacious and clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had no issues with anything in the unit. The location was absolutely perfect as it is right next to the Ravenel Bridge. Clint was great with his costumer service before, during and after. He always responded right away. The complex is very clean and everyone there is very friendly. I highly recommend this place and if I ever have to make a long work trip again, this will be the place I choose.

Perfect location!

An old friend and I stayed here from April 9-12 . I found the property to be in the perfect location! Close to beautiful downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Clint was also quick to respond to questions. It was perfect for two women-we had our own bedroom and bathroom! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean Place, Great location and customer service

The location was awesome, 10 minutes max to get anywhere downtown, 15 minutes from great beaches, the condo was in a good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Clint was awesome with his responses and was very accommodating if I had a request. I'd definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again in the future!
