Why Jacque Venter - Office Administrator for Quinlan and Reed Properities chose Sacramento

This house is located in historic East Sac across from McKinley Park and is a true gem. We loved this house when we bought it and saw huge potential. After a year of construction and remodeling, we restored this home to its former glory and added on. We remodeled the house from a single family home into a dual residence with separate entrances. The Tree House, at one entrance, shares the building with the office for Quinlan and Reed Properties and Construction which has its own entrance.

Very Clean, Organized and Great Guest Experience

  • 5 of 5

From when we arrived all the way until we departed this home was immaculate and better than advertised. Perfect location and all aspects of the house and its operation were perfectly laid out and easy to follow. We would stay here again and again and recommend this highly to everyone. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

This property worked great for the weekend wedding we were in town for.

Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 kids staying there. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals in. Or location was less than a $10 Uber ride (~2 miles) to the hip area that bustled with local eateries. Kitchen water pressure was tough to wash dishes with and took a very long time to get warm.

The park across the street was great to get outside and relaxing when we had down time. There is a dirt track around the park that made morning runs really convenient.

It would have been nice to have a second key to the unit since we had 2 families.

Clean, livable, and friendly

  • 4 of 5

Not covered in chotchkies and the useless staging props you get with most VRBOs.

Comfortable furniture and nice appliances. Barbecue on the porch.

This worked perfectly for our family gathering. Everyone loved it.

Owners are friendly and responsive.

Perfect Place in Sacramento

  • 5 of 5

This property was wonderful. Right on the corner across from a park. Great spot for a morning run or walk and close to downtown restaraunts and breweries. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Gorgeous home in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this property in mid April with my husband and our two young children. We were absolutely thrilled with it! It is a beautiful, updated home (I don't think the pictures do it justice) with plenty of room and amenities. From the bedrooms, to the bathrooms, to the kitchen, everything we needed was available! Lots of thoughtful extras available such as towels blankets, pillows, fans, etc. We had one minor issue that was taken care of immediately and completely. The office is responsive and so easy to work with.

The location is fabulous with the park a block away and so many delicious restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We were so happy with this choice and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay!
