Spacious Beach House
This 2 story house was a perfect setup for our group of 4 adults and 2 high school graduates. The house was very clean. Each level had some living space and 2 bedrooms and baths. (Upstairs master bath does not have a shower, though.) We used the upper deck, kitchen and dining area. The lower deck flooring needs to be replaced, as it was uneven, exposed screws and very rough. We did use the barbeque, which required some practice with the heat distribution, as all BBQ's do. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak, SUP boards, boogey boards and tubes as we played off our, almost private, beach. A turtle came within a few feet of shore and we saw many turtles in the bay. The outdoor shower was broken, so we repaired a hose to wash our sandy feet and the yard/landscaping could use some TLC.
Thanks for a fun vacation!
Family & Friends Vacation
The house is beautiful and the view from the upper deck in the mornign with a cup of coffee and evening with your favorite cocktail is amazing, not to mention having dinner at the upper deck dinner table. It is well setup for those who arrive late and hadn't had a chance to hit the store for supplies. The local park made it great to toss a ball and frisbee back and forth. Plenty of grocery stores in either direction and ice across the street at the gas station. We had two families with 5 adults and 4 kids and their was plenty of room for everyone. My favorite place on the island, Waimea Beach (Big Rock) and the shrimp trucks on the North Shore were only a 30 minute drive from the house.
Fabulous house for a family!!
The most well stocked rental I have ever rented. Everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms is hard to find, so staying with a big family it was perfect. Everyone had their own space. The home is charming, plenty of beach towels, toys for the kids, boogie boards, paddle boards and the kayak gave us lots to do. Snorkeling was good and we saw lots of fish, but it's not a swimming beach. We walked it every morning and found treasures, but too rocky/coral for the kids to swim. 7-11 right across the street was nice to have and Laie/Kahuku just a quick drive away for lots of fun too. Some reviews commented on the parking, we didn't find it that big of a deal. The BBQ was nice to have for grilling burgers and we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor fireplace, although we wanted too. Overall a five star beach home that we'd definitely rent again. Thank you Cappa house!!
The house was spacious and had rooms for all of us.
The property was great with the exception of Randy the rooster who woke us up each and every morning between 4-5 am.
Your house is gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful. The amenities were very nice. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the property. Robin was extremely nice and helpful. She picked us a beautiful bouquet. My only suggestion maybe an additional air source for the back bedrooms. Thank you again!😉
5 star property
Fabulous house, very clean and well maintained with a magnificient view from front verandah.
Probably better to have a car because the nearst town [Kaneohe] is about 30 minutes away. There is a bus opposite if you don't have a car.
We enjoyed our stay verty much.
