My Boulder retreat is one of my favorite places in the world. On the edge of Boulder's lively downtown, this cozy retreat has a beautiful view of the Flatirons, lovely sunsets and the blue, blue skies of Colorado.

Aside from great food, and fun shopping, Boulder has so many walking and hiking trails, biking trails, open space parks and creek side activities, you'll never be at a loss for things to do. This Tree House retreat is peaceful and close to Boulder's open space, shopping, the University and those many walking and biking trails. You are within a mile and a half of Boulder's downtown, our epic Whole Foods store, and dozens of Boulder's amazing restaurants. It is also located with easy access to Estes Park, Longmont, Denver or heading up to the higher mountain country to enjoy winter or summer sports.
Set on the third floor, this quiet, cozy retreat is great to come home to after all your adventures in Boulder. Recently renovated, it has a full sized kitchen, warm and welcoming living room and decorated with attractive oak furniture. The porch is comfortable for morning coffee or your favorite barbeque dinner. This space is perfect for up to four people. There are two bedrooms; one with queen size bed set and the other with a brand new pull out, hi-tech comfortable full sized bed. Two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped with wi-fi and cable TV, you have all the tools you need for work or play. You'll also have a covered parking space. This quiet Boulder condo complex also has a junior Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool for those warm summer days and hot tub for the cool winter evenings.
I know you'll have a great time in this charming Tree House retreat!

I was born and raised in Boulder and have lived in Colorado all my life. I acquired my Tree House when I had graduated from CSU and was returning to Boulder to attend Graduate School. My father and I spent last summer completely renovating one of my favorite places in Boulder and I look forward to sharing it with you.
Kimberly K Weibert purchased this condo in 1983
This is a wonderful property that is near, but not in the middle of Downtown. It has all the amenities of home with a full kitchen, 2 full baths, privacy, WiFi, Cable, covered parking and allows you to have a retreat, if you need it, but also allows you to be very close to everything in Boulder.
THE VIEW! It's like the Flatirons are in the living room. It's incredibly convenient to have all the benefits of a condominium complex (swimming pool and hot tub, snow removal, convenient parking, etc.) and still be be completely private on the top floor, corner location with fabulous mountain views from all the windows. This is a brand new renovation with brand new appliances, TV, WiFi and furniture.
Nice condo with 1 good size master bedroom and a smaller den which could be a bedroom via a pull out bed. Both bathrooms were modern and pleasant. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and some spices, etc. However, it was not well lit. We had to move a reading lamp from the living room to shine onto the stove. A brighter ceiling fixture would help considerably. The living room was comfortable and well appointed. Internet access was very fast which helped with my Netflix account. The basic TV channels provided were quite basic. The condo faces southwest with a nice partial view of a mountain and some nice evergreen trees. There is a small patio, not big enough to eat dinner or breakfast but large enough to enjoy evening cocktails. We were there in June during a heat wave and the afternoon sun made it too hot to use. Also it necessitated closing all the window shades in the condo. Which brings up the a/c. There are 2 wall units for the 3 rooms so we had to set up fans to blow the cool air into the MBR. The bed was very comfortable.
We were met by the manager, Cassidy, who initially let us into the condo and provided us with a lot of local knowledge. The condo was very clean with a lot of personal knick-knacks. Maybe too many baskets and a large wierd bird cage which took up way too much valuable counter space in the bathroom. It was nice to have an assigned covered parking space right in front of the condo. You have to walk up to the 3rd floor which is tough on the initial move in and move out but otherwise not too bad. The swimming pool was very nice and large, great for swimming laps. The location is just off one of the main roads running through Boulder and there is traffic noise but not too bad.
In summary this condo is a very good choice in a very expensive town. It is close to the popular parts of town and shopping areas.
I moved into the apartment in March 1st, 2016 I stayed longer than what I had planned. The apartment is located in a very quiet and nice zone but close to everything (Pearl St. Mall, Supermarkets and bus stop). I felt home immediately because the Tree House has all you need to feel comfortable and at the same time in the center of all what is happening in Boulder.
Kim and Cassidy were there when I arrived and gave me all the information I could need: maps recommendations routes for bikes, hikes ALL!
Every morning I wake up and go out to the porch to see the mountains and the trees. Is just like they describe it BUT BETTER!!!!
I am renting it again !
Thank you so much Kim and Cassidy.
The treehouse is amazing! It is in perfect walking distance into town and a very short drive to the mountains! The condo was very clean, cozy and very relaxing and quiet.
Kim and Cassidy were very informative and helpful. It was definitely a very memorable stay and we will be back. I highly recommend staying at the treehouse condos when visiting Boulder Colorado.
The "Tree House", while not really in a tree, is a fantastic two bedroom/two bathroom rental property in a city full of trees, many just out the door. Boulder is a great little city that is very clean, green, and easy to get around, especially if you like cycling. The Tree House is supremely comfortable, and a great value, in that it is flawless: clean, modern, quiet, equipped with everything, and in a good location. I cannot imagine a finer place for two people, or two couples, to stay if they wisely choose to visit Boulder.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Tree House for a week. We've stayed at various VRBO properties across the US for the past 5 or so years. Kim's property is clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed (one of the best we've seen). We also enjoyed meeting a couple of the neighbors who were quite friendly as well. Kim has provided many books, maps, hiking guides, etc that were incredibly helpful to us in planning our day trips. We definitely recommend Tree House to anyone traveling to Boulder!
Great place to stay if your visiting Boulder! Very well located and easy access to everything.
Very organized home, information regarding everything in it and very nice place. Only concern if traveling in summer, the master bedroom does not have an A/C. All in all, great place!
