Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This house was set up pretty well for our attendees, although since we were working we brought along a couple of long folding tables. There was not enough sheets for the sofa beds, and the fireplace did not work. The kitchen is a little small for large groups, but overall it was a nice place. Very comfortable, and very clean.
If you are looking for a large house near the beach look no further. There was plenty of space to sleep for all 16 adult guests, unbeatable location with views of the ocean and a hop skip and jump from the beach and plenty of activities of kids of all ages at the home.
Great house for retreats. Limit of 5 cars that can park there is a real bummer.
This home needs a major interior overhaul. Bathroom in the master bedroom has no walls around it, or DOOR. Walls have extremely outdated decor - probably 25+ years. Floors squeak. In addition, we had two trash bags for the whole weekend (and max capacity guests), and three dishwasher pods. There are other homes nearby with much nicer interiors, for the same price. I would not stay in this house again and we were very disappointed.
There is plenty of room to spread out. Loved the game room for the kids. The main floor beds rooms were great for our family members who have a harder time with stairs.
Overall, this place was a great get away. Had a great time at the beach! I would recommend it!
The house was very big and accommodating for our group of 19. Had plenty of sofa beds for those who wanted to stay up. The view of the ocean and sunset is great. One negative was the clean staff failing to properly vacuum the main floor of the house. We saw pistachio shells from the previous group so we ended up vacuuming the carpet on the main floor and no screens on the back sliding door. Overall our family was very happy with the home.
