Set on the sea close enough to hear the waves lapping, this lovely waterfront villa is part of the newest development on Nevis, called SEASIDE at Cliffdwellers. Designed following traditional West Indian architectural features, Sea Change is a three-bedroom home with a large great room/kitchen facing the sea. The front louvered doors slide to open the house totally to the outside air and a very large veranda and sun deck.

Lovely villa. Great views. Clean and new.
The service was wonderful. And the villa is fantastic. Lovely vacation. Will definitely return.
Lovely week, we should have stayed longer!
We are two couples on our first visit to Nevis. The villa was in the perfect location with a stunning view and beautiful sunsets over St. Kitts. It was just as described, but seeing that view over the infinity pool in person is hard to capture - the large open living area with the screened in porch was just the place to sit and enjoy! Villa was set up with absolutely everything we needed and gave us privacy as two couples and even a third would have been fine or good for a family with children. Everything from making reservations, to having the taxi/ferry service and car rental organized, and availability for questions was spot on. Only issue we had was that we could not get the in-house stereo system to work. My suggestion would be to get the operating instructions from the owners and put them in the guest book binder(which had all kinds of great info on the island in it). As for Nevis, it is truly a special place - unspoiled and perfect for laid back vacation. Exploring the island and visiting the plantations for a drink or lunch/dinner, swimming or cooking at the villa - all were great and we only wished we had reserved for another week so we could have explored St. Kitts, walked the volcano and enjoyed more lovely sunsets. We would definitely return and make it longer next time. We especially enjoyed Bananas (great artwork on display), Hermitage island night dinner, and the bars on Pinneys beach. Thanks Suzanne and Kirby, we hope to be back for another visit.
Sea Change @Seaside at Cliffdwellers
Sea Change is the perfect villa for a totally relaxing and peaceful vacation. We have been visiting the Caribbean for many years and have fallen completely in love with Nevis and Cliffdwellers. The villa is perfectly situated, very close to wonderful restaurants and only a short drive into town. The villa is tastefully decorated with furniture and décor that simply makes one feel at home right away. The bedrooms on the second floor are surrounded by a lovely sun-porch with wicker rockers, a perfect place to read and watch the sea. The large veranda, just off the living room and kitchen, provides a gathering place for enjoying meals or just relaxing while overlooking the pool and the sea. The villa, the grounds and the pool were kept immaculately clean and provided everything that we needed.
Suzanne Gordon, the real estate manager for Seaside at Cliffdwellers, was incredibly helpful and provided valuable information and advice. Her help with the arrival process, the rental car, and the settling into our villa left us completely stress-free and comfortable. While the villa does have air conditioning, we did not need it as there was a lovely breeze throughout.
If you are looking for a positively relaxing vacation on a tiny Caribbean island in a fabulous villa this is the place for you. We were two couples and we have already booked our weeks for next year!
