Absolutely charming! We loved everything about this house.

  • 5 of 5

We went for a girls trip and we had the best time. This house was perfect in every way. Enough space for all 4 of us and the decor was to die for. We loved sitting out on the back porch and looking out into the hill country. So close to main street and all the activities the town has to offer. We will def be visiting again and staying at the blue agave house. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Loved the property and the location. Quiet, clean, and stocked with anything we would need. The owner was available for help and couldn't have been sweeter. We will be returning!

Perfect Hill Country homebase in Fredericksburg

  • 5 of 5

My husband, 18-month-old son and I just stayed two nights at this lovely property and will definitely return the next time we visit Fredericksburg. We were planning a short getaway to the the area to hike Enchanted Rock, visit Luckenbach and take advantage of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer.

This little house had everything we needed, plus some: a centralized-yet-quiet location on a street that backs up to ranch property, a quaint back porch/yard area that my son enjoyed running around in and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in once he was asleep, an actual bathtub in the updated bathroom (a plus for traveling with little ones!), and any modern amenity you need. The bonus was having sheep and cattle in the surrounding properties, which my son thought was pretty cool!

It was great being a hop, skip and a jump away from so many Hill Country activities while being able to come home to such a relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

We had a great week in Fredericksburg at Katherine's place. I love this adorable house! It's on the edge of town so it's very quiet, yet an easy walk downtown. One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen, and they were very comfortable. The back porch is awesome to watch the sun rise! I practiced yoga there and it was so peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Laundry was in a closet on the back porch, which was great since we stayed for a week. Katherine was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd love to come back for another visit!

Relaxing and Rustic

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend just to get away. It has a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. It truly does make you feel like you are out in the middle of the country in the back yard with the neighboring sheep and cattle, chase lounges and fire pit...... very relaxing.
