Completely renovated, this contemporary house sits on over an acre, high atop a ridge, and well above the other houses on a secluded cul-de-sac. The house backs to almost 4 acres of open space with gorgeous rock formations, tons of trees, and abundant wildlife. The house features stunning views in every direction. The game room has an air hockey table, a flat screen tv, and a wii gaming system with multiple games.

The den is right off of the open kitchen. It has patio doors that walk out to a huge deck, a beautiful fireplace that turns on with the push of a button, a large picture window, a flat screen tv, and a pullout couch that sleeps 2.

-Kitchen:

The kitchen has white quartz counters, a 9 ft island with quartz waterfall sides, stainless steel appliances, an induction stove top, a convection oven and a 2nd convection oven/microwave, a side by side refrigerator, and unparalleled views of the city and the mountains.

-Living and Dining Room:

HUGE 32x22 ft open living and dining room with a custom wet bar that has quartz countertops, a mini fridge, and a stainless steel sink. This area is perfect for entertaining. It has 18 ft vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows that overlooks Pike’s Peak, the Front Range, and the city. It has contemporary glass railings, a wood fireplace, and a large sectional to relax on and take in the views.

Minimal, Clean, Stunning

Not only was everything beautiful and every bit of what we were expecting, the couple who owns it were very kind and helpful when we couldn't figure anything out. The view is out of this world with an easy drive (and I say that having two young children... so you know I mean it) to all sorts of great adventure spots. There is a school playground down the street, killer view of Pike's Peak, short drive to Garden of the Gods, and very convenient distance to Costco and Trader Joe's. We couldn't be happier and would whole heartedly stay here again!

The most beautiful, modern home with a spectacular mountain view.

Our family gathered here from across the states for Christmas 2017. We had an amazing, relaxing stay in, I’m sure, the best VRBO in the area! The home had everything needed from cooking to comfort and we experienced a much needed relaxing family reunion. Contemporary open design with warm comfortable amenities

Views views views of the mountains and surround area from so many areas within the house. Kitchen is spacious and smartly designed next to a small family room with fire, TV, and great deck. A fabuliys stay, thank you Denise.

Beatiful modern home with incredible views. Would be nice to have an extra guest bathroom, but all in all a great house! Saw a family of bob cats one morning. Would stay again!

Loved it!!!

My son and I spent 3 nights over fall break. Denise was very accommodating (even when we locked ourselves out). Everything was very clean. The house is miles away from Garden of the Gods. The views are amazing. We cannot wait to take our entire family.
