The kitchen has white quartz counters, a 9 ft island with quartz waterfall sides, stainless steel appliances, an induction stove top, a convection oven and a 2nd convection oven/microwave, a side by side refrigerator, and unparalleled views of the city and the mountains.
-Living and Dining Room:
HUGE 32x22 ft open living and dining room with a custom wet bar that has quartz countertops, a mini fridge, and a stainless steel sink. This area is perfect for entertaining. It has 18 ft vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows that overlooks Pike’s Peak, the Front Range, and the city. It has contemporary glass railings, a wood fireplace, and a large sectional to relax on and take in the views.

There was ample room for all of us to gather for board games, visit as we cooked and watched football, but also enough room for everyone to have space alone when needed. The basement was perfect for playing video games. We would love to go back again!
This house was perfect for us! We spent our time in Colorado doing parents weekend at the academy. The location of the house was so perfect for that and close to stores and attractions. This first thing that strikes you when you walk into this great house is the cleanliness. It is so open and airy that you'll want to spend time there. There are incredible views from many spots in the house! We had planned for 6-8 people to share the house but only 5 of us were able to go. It is definitely big enough for the number advertised but not too big for the 5 of us either. The property is abundant with wildlife including deer and rabbits, they can be seen as you drive up and down the treed lot. We had one issue with the heat while we were there. It was handled immediately and at our convenience. The owners were delightful to work with and very helpful. We have rented each year for our parents weekend trip and we all agree, this is the best house we've stayed in and we would love to go back!!
The house is immaculate and set back from the road. It's surrounded by trees, so it really feels like you are all alone, even though the house is located in a little neighborhood. It was so quiet! We all slept great (comfortable beds) and with no neighborhood noise, it was a dream.
There were 7 of us total, and we all had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kids loved the basement and the TV and Wii that was stocked with games. The wi-fi was a definite bonus and easily handled all of our devices.
The house is located near lots of great activities. It was only minutes from Ute Valley Park (great running/walking trails) and Garden of the Gods. There's restaurants and a Safeway nearby as well.
Truthfully, we would have been happy to just move in and enjoy the great view of Pike's Peak every morning from the huge living room windows. Unfortunately, we had to leave, but have decided that when we come back to The Springs this house is definitely where we want to stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home while we spent time in Colorado Springs. It is very close to Garden of the Gods and other attractions. If we are ever in the Colorado Springs area in the future, we would love to stay here again. We highly recommend staying in this home!
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Colorado Springs. The house met all our needs for 2 families (9 people total) with teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the game room with TV, air hockey and video games. Everything was very clean and there were lots of essentials and extras (Keurig, laundry detergent, etc.). The outdoor space was very nice and the hot tub was an added bonus. The house was very easy to get to and close to many of the sites we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this home for rental!
