For individualized comfort the unit is equipped with air conditioning systems throughout (independent mini split systems for each room and living area), up to date Luttron lighting controls permits the creation of different scenarios to suit particular moods.
Open the living room doors to integrate the travertine stone tiled terrace and enjoy the private hot tub under the stars while listening to your favorite music through our system using your MP3 or Bluetooth device. TV enjoyment in the living and dining area is possible through a 46” flat screen by means of: cable TV service or high speed cable internet via Wi-Fi (both included).
Enjoy your shower while under the tropical skies, as the shower enclosures are open to the sky with dual independent shower controls (master bath) and rain showers (unit is equipped w/ in line water heater).
For the chefs to prepare the most succulent meals, the unit is equipped with an Electrolux Professional 6 grills gas range, a GE Monogram series oven and microwave, Electrolux side by side Professional refrigerator/freezer plus basic kitchen utensils (unit is equipped with an outdoor gas grill as well). The kitchen is designed to interact with the living and outdoor areas for ease in socializing with guess or family while preparing meals. For added convenience, full capacity front loading Frigidaire Affinity washer and drier are integrated in the kitchen area as well (laundry service is also readily available as well as maid service (contact owners representative for pricing).
For those having a car, the unit houses a designated secure parking space with controlled access; the spot is adjacent to the unit for the convenience of handling: luggage, surfboards or other equipment. Access from the Airport is very straightforward and less that a 10 minute drive (under normal circumstances). A 12 minute drive from the property will get you to Old San Juan, 90 min, to Ricon (world class surfing and pristine Town), 40 min to Fajardo (most eastbound Town, great marinas and ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra Islands).
Accommodations and equipment bedrooms/bathrooms:
Queen size custom build beds w/ quality mattress and independent a/c system in each room, walking closet in master bedroom w/safe box and integrated full bathroom. Living room has the option (at no additional charge) to have a quality sleeper sofa or futon (full size) in lieu of the leather couch; simply ask our manager thus permitting additional quests. Both bathrooms have European type cabinetry w/storage.
The unit has hotel quality linens, plenty of pillows and blankets as well as fresh towels.
