Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom in Crested Butte South, Close to Tully's Restaurant, Al's Camp 4 Coffee, General Store, park and soccer field-also close to bus stop for easy access to Mt Crested Butte Resort and Crested Butte Town.
Walk to all restaurant, coffee shop, park, ice skating rink and small ice skating pond. Sledding, Cross Country Skiing Trails, Tennis Courts and Playground are 1 Block from the house. Little pump track for kids/ bikes and baseball field/soccer field, park and BBQ area.
Home has a king master bedroom and second room has a queen bed that can be a child's area with toys and has a bed rail for toddlers if needed.
Loft up stairs for the people who are in need of peace and quite or for the ones who need some extra space. The bed has a memory foam mattress just a tad smaller than a queen.
The upper office area has a pull out couch that is very cozy and sleeps two.
All sleeping areas are on the second floor and loft on the third floor with stairs and hand rail to climb up to.
Over sized couches, recliner chair and 1/2 bathroom downstairs.
Kitchen has all amenities for cooking and serving. Dining room table has extra leaf for bigger parties. Seats 6.
Gas fireplace to set the ambiance and heat thermostat. Lighting has dimmer switches.
Kids toys to play, mostly toddler toys for 2-5 years old.

Wifi and direct TV with extra large screen. All rooms have TV"s in them besides loft.
Ceiling fans with lighting in downstairs living area and upstairs mater room and office.
We have lived and grown up in Crested Butte. We are both business owners in town.
Ian, owns his own construction company called Mason Construction and Lori has her own hair salon called Bella Voi Salon.
We also own a property management and cleaning company.
We are big outdoor people and love to jeep, ski, snow sports, water sports, hike, mountain bike and dirt bike. If there is anything you need to know or have any questions about please are here to make your vacation FUN and memorable.

Cozy, nice amenities and great location. Close to town. Close to bus stop for quick travel up to the ski resort. Price is affordable for 8 or less.
The unique benefits living here in Crested Butte South is being able to walk to and from the house to the store, Coffee Shop, Ice Rink, Park, we have all the trails out our backdoor with Cement Creek right across the street for hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, dirt biking, hunting, fishing, jeeping, rivers and camping.
The house was very comfortable and it had everything you need to have a great vacation! The owners were able to answer all questions and were wonderful to deal with! I would highly recommend this house when visiting CB!!
Perfect location for our guys motorcycle trip. Owner was very prompt answering any initial questions and checked in via e-mail to see how everything was when we arrived.
We visit CB on an annual basis to ride bikes. We have several folks coming from different locations thus we always have 2-4 vehicles. Previously we stayed in some of the local hotels and parking is a real hassle. This place is awesome there is plenty of room to pull up to the residence. Overall there is parking for 4 vehicles. Rooms are all clean and comfortable. The hot tub is awesome and private. The facility is right on Cement Creek thus access to some of the better biking areas is right in your backyard. You can easily ride to the trail heads. Overall we found this location to be outstanding for our needs and no doubt plan on booking this next year.
Short drive to downtown Crested Butte in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. The house is charming, clean, and roomy. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a wonderful round dining room table , comfortable couches and great windows. It was a great home base during our stay while mountain biking and hiking!
The house was perfect for 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents, all of whom are avid outdoor types. The kids could walk to a nearby field for soccer or ride their bikes around this very open neighborhood. There is almost no traffic in the area, so it is quite safe for kids. We liked the family feel of the property, being kid friendly, without fear of breaking some precious item. Furniture is comfortable and there are plenty of TVs for different tastes. The kitchen is roomy and is well stocked with many items. The place felt like home. The hot tub was quite clean and just 2 steps out the back door. We much prefer CB south to either the mountain or the town. There is just no traffic here. The 7 miles to CB felt like no distance at all, in fact it was a relief to get out of the crowds. The location is quite convenient for mountain bikers and paddle boarders, who often head toward Gunnison anyway. The beds are pillow top types, so are quite cozy. The washer is large capacity and the parking area is huge. The owner was in constant communication for our entire stay. She was there to answer any questions we had, whether about the bus system or the property. There were loads of towels, and we needed them, with all the paddle boarding. I like the roominess, the big TV in the living room and the dining table that sat all of us easily. For outdoor folks it is really nice to have a yard for spreading out gear, washing it down, drying it and preparing it for the next day. A condo just cannot compete with this. We would rent this property again.
This house is well maintained and has everything you need for you stay. Lori was excellent to deal with and provided additional information on places to eat in Crested Butte. I highly recommend staying at this home.
We are considered the Wildflower capitol and best mountain biking in Colorado as well as the best Colorado Ski Town!
