Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Quiet location in the summer time. Walking distance to Giant Steps ski lift in the winter. Indoor hot tub was great too!
Great place for cooler weather, and a quick get away. Large enough for 3 people, maybe a 4th person as well. There was still snow on the ground, and it flurried one morning. Great location to other National Parks and National Monuments. Kitchen area does have a crock pot, which isn't in the list of included items, so just in case anyone was wondering there is one, would be very convenient for those spending time skiing all day.
The area was very quiet for a Memorial Day weekend, great time to visit the area. Weather was great. Very few people in the area, so if you want quiet, it's a great time to go, away from the hustle of ski season.
We were pretty happy with this condo. We came during off-season and had most of the building to ourselves. During a busier time, I would imagine the place is much more crowded and noisy. It's a very short walk to the ski-lifts. The condo itself was nice and clean and had everything we needed for cooking our own dinners. The square footage is pretty small. There were only two of us but if there had been four I would have felt like we were right on top of each other. It's basically a living room and a bedroom, plus a small kitchen and a bathroom. All the beds, couches, and couch-beds were all quite comfortable. I would rent this place again as long as the price is right. The location is great. Bonus for being pet friendly as we brought our two dogs with us. The only truly negative thing I can say is that the DVD player didn't have a remote.
