3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with all the Comforts!

Our home is an ideal location for vacationers looking to enjoy the amenities of Phoenix’s northwest valley or as a base for attending sporting events just a few minutes away. We’ve vacationed for only a few months in our 5-year old home and are now listing it for the first time as a vacation rental. As a result, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath Cross River home has the look and feel of a brand new house. Located next to the association park, open space along with tennis courts, a soccer field, basketball and volleyball courts, and playground equipment provide relaxing diversions for residents of all ages.

The home itself boasts a large great room with reclining chairs and couches providing maximum comfort while viewing the 50” flat screen HDTV with Sony Sounder Bar, TIVO (DVR) with HBO programming available via TIVO. High speed internet with Apple Airport Express Router allows for Wi-Fi access. Hard-wired internet connection available in Great Room area. Desktop computer provides direct internet access along with wireless laser printing in 1st Guest Bedroom. Master Bedroom has 40" flat screen with HBO/Showtime programming via Apple TV. Guest Bedroom has 32” flat screen TV with DVD Player, allowing children or others to view programming of their choice. Enjoy tile floors throughout the home’s common areas, granite counter tops in the well-appointed kitchen, a laundry room, and a desert landscape view from the eating area bay windows. The bedrooms include a master suite with a new pillow-top Cal-King Bed and walk-in closet, and two guest bedrooms, each with new queen pillow-top beds. The spacious outdoor area includes a covered patio, BBQ Gas Grill, and a landscaped back yard. A 2-car garage is also provided to help keep your vehicles protected and at a comfortable temperature for when you’re ready to head out and enjoy the area. If you require, RV parking is available via the property’s west gate. Land-Line services is provided with one wired and one cordless telephone.

While you’re in our home, you will also be close to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. Three adult 26" bicycles and one child's bike along with riding helmets are provided. Walking/biking trails and sports facilities are only a short distance away, including Cardinal Stadium. Avid sports enthusiasts will also enjoy the home’s proximity to NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes arena and Surprise Stadium, the Spring Training home to Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals, and the Arizona Fall League featuring teams comprised of many of top prospects from every MLB organization. Other entertainment options nearby include Lake Pleasant, Arrowhead Mall, Challenger Space Center, West Valley Art Museum, Ben Avery target range, White Tank Mountains, and the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium. If you are a golfer, a short five minute drive to Sun City West and you will have a selection of seven golf courses to play. We purchased this home as a brand new 'spec' home built by Taylor-Morrison to use as our vacation home. When in the area visiting family, we've stayed at the home for visits of 2-5 days at a time. In total, the home has been lived in for less than a year and still resembles a brand new home!

This home is in the newer Cross River community, only 3 houses away from the huge association park which contains playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a soccer field, and a large amount of open space. It's very relaxing to visit and enjoy. We are also close to entertainment, sporting events, shopping, and restaurants. Nearby Lake Pleasant is a relaxing diversion, along with the White Tank Mountains and other natural settings.

What makes this house unique

In addition to looking brand new, the view of the desert landscape from the eating area is gorgeous. The large, beautifully landscaped backyard gives it a park-like feel. We enjoyed upgrading this home and making it a true vacation home.

  • Both bathrooms are exceptionally clean and reflect less than a year's use. They appear brand new as do the spotless vanity shelves, drawers, and medicine chests. Both are tastefully decorated with coordinating wall hangings, paint and towels.

  • The Master Suite includes a 221 sq. ft. bedroom with a near new Cal King pillow top mattress with coordinating comforter and curtains. Curtain panels are light limiting to keep the sun out as you sleep. The bedroom set includes an oak headboard and two nightstands, each with 3 drawers. Two color coordinated paintings provide a relaxed atmosphere. In the 1st Guest Bedroom, the comforter set, furniture, and a large tropical painting take you to the islands. The 2nd Guest Bedroom is decorated in spring colors and patterns, designed to soothe and relax. All 3 bedrooms contain new ceiling fans with wall switches for both the fan and lighting.

Purchased as a 'spec' home, many upgrades were made by the builder, Taylor-Morrison, including tiled common area and bathroom floors, upgraded carpet in the bedrooms, upgraded kitchen cabinetry and appliances, RV parking, and upgraded window coverings. All furniture was purchased new for the home. Ceiling fans have been installed in all bedrooms which utilize wall switches for the fans and lights. Two USB ports were installed so you can charge electronic devices easily. An advanced climate control system keeps the home comfortable year around. The 2-car garage is a big plus on hot Arizona days!

Great stay

Stayed here for a week in February. Really could not have asked for anything more. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, even supplying a portable play/crib for an infant we had with us for a couple of days. This is a lovely home with room for plenty of visiting, and in a nice neighborhood. Everything was 'as advertised' and fulfilled all of our expectations. We look forward to another stay.

Excellent, wonderful place to stay.

We stayed for the month of March and loved everyday while here. The neighborhood is safe, near park, beautiful sunsets and close to shopping. The house is spacious, clean and inviting with a wonderful view. Hope to rent again :-)

Well located property Beautiful condition!

Very attractive property. Easy to find, convenient to major roads and shopping and by using Hwy 21 was a breeze to get to and from the airport. Owner's information was accurate and easy to understand. Owner's kept in touch with as necessary during the process, were quick to answer any questions . Reclining furniture(2 with Vibration) in living area was perfect for relaxing to watch TV, read or snooze. Friends who visited, remarked about this property being cleaner, better, more comfortably furnished than property they were staying at. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Would recommend this property to others. We enjoyed Golf, Auto, Show, Botanical Garden. Our favorite restaurants were, Cucina Taglieni, My Daddy's Bakery, Hole N One and Elephant Bar.

Wonderful stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful, spacious home. I was in town for a softball tournament and the house had everything I needed and more. The house was well-appointed and so clean and looked like it was brand new, just as advertised. It was great to come back to this home after my games and relax on the comfortable furniture and enjoy the entertainment center. The neighborhood and the location were great! I look forward to another stay for next years tournament!
