Prime location for everything Steamboat! Really nice accommodations in the heart of town. It comes with everything you could possibly need, too!

Great location, high quality property, excellent value

  • 5 of 5

This condo is head and shoulders above average for a mid-priced place. It's a good floor plan design, and well equipped with nice quality furniture, bath fixtures, kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. We really appreciated that the owners did not skimp on those things, as many do. It makes a difference in the quality of your stay. The pull-out sofa bed was actually very comfortable, and the regular beds in the bedrooms were as well. The electronic combination door lock is a nice touch. Lots of pleasant surprises, like the washer and dryer being full-size, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo and body wash provided, etc. The guidebook for the condo and surrounding amenities was very thorough and well laid out, and communication with the support staff was excellent. We emailed them about the only minor issue that we had, which was a small repair needed on the stove, and the maintenance staff member was there within two hours. Overall, it is a very pleasant place to stay for as many as six people. The only downside is something that the owners cannot help or control, which is that the unit we stayed in is at street level on the corner closest to the main street in Steamboat, so it is fairly noisy. Large delivery trucks that service the surrounding restaurants arrive early in the morning, as do the trash trucks. That is a drawback of a convenient to downtown location. The upper floor units that face Yampa Avenue are no doubt quieter.

Difficult to imagine a more enjoyable, hassle free vacation. Location is great, condo is comfortable, spotless, well equipped (nice to not have to purchase kitchen basics, i.e. spices, plastic wrap, etc.), convenient to charming restaurants, mountain hiking, as well as leisurely walks, biking. The management company is helpful and friendly.

Would love to go back in the winter to hit the slopes.

Have unhesitatingly recommended to friends.

Close to all

  • 5 of 5

Spacious, clean and close to all. The unit is roomy and has everything you need for your vacation - what more can you ask for. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen comes well equipped. Free bus to ski area every 10 min, and the bus stop is 2 min from the unit. Just great.

Great Steamboat weekend

  • 5 of 5

Very well kept unit. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. There were 4 of us. We took our son and his girlfriend with us.

Great location, everything was around us - restaurants, shops, groceries store, the Yampa river trail, etc.

Staff was amazing, everyone we encountered was fantastic.

We would definitely stay again.

Very pleased with our stay

Our unit was modern, cozy and beautiful. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. I love that Natural Grocers was few blocks away, we shopped there daily.
