Great location!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed the location, in the heart of downtown. Quick access for shopping and food. Close to the skiing and other activities. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

  • 4 of 5

The unit was just where we wanted. However, be aware that there is a rowdy bar right across the street. The late night revelry was fun at first, but grew tiresome as there were fights one night and lots of yelling at night the entire time we were there. It's a party location, we knew this coming in.

The location is central to everything downtown and the price was right. The television left a little to be desired, but if you're going to steamboat to watch TV, what's up with that. All in all, a good place to stay.

A great price for comfort and convenience

  • 5 of 5

The property was easy to find, with designated parking. The beds were very comfortable. We chose this property because it within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. The price was very reasonable. The communication regarding check in/out directions was great. The property was very clean. It looks like it is time to replace the tub, but we loved all the hot water after long hikes in the mountains. We hiked Fish Creek trail and others and enjoyed the Strawberry Hot Springs while we were there, and the pickleball courts nearby.

Great location, high quality property, excellent value

  • 5 of 5

This condo is head and shoulders above average for a mid-priced place. It's a good floor plan design, and well equipped with nice quality furniture, bath fixtures, kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. We really appreciated that the owners did not skimp on those things, as many do. It makes a difference in the quality of your stay. The pull-out sofa bed was actually very comfortable, and the regular beds in the bedrooms were as well. The electronic combination door lock is a nice touch. Lots of pleasant surprises, like the washer and dryer being full-size, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo and body wash provided, etc. The guidebook for the condo and surrounding amenities was very thorough and well laid out, and communication with the support staff was excellent. We emailed them about the only minor issue that we had, which was a small repair needed on the stove, and the maintenance staff member was there within two hours. Overall, it is a very pleasant place to stay for as many as six people. The only downside is something that the owners cannot help or control, which is that the unit we stayed in is at street level on the corner closest to the main street in Steamboat, so it is fairly noisy. Large delivery trucks that service the surrounding restaurants arrive early in the morning, as do the trash trucks. That is a drawback of a convenient to downtown location. The upper floor units that face Yampa Avenue are no doubt quieter.
