Hi Folks - Your party is going to have a wonderful stay at our property. My wife and I renovated this beautiful townhouse, located in the heart of the exciting Uptown area of New Orleans, a couple years back. This residence is only two blocks from St. Charles Ave. and the StreetCar line – which can easily take you to Uptown and Downtown New Orleans. You will absolutely love being in the middle of everything, we are less than 10 minutes to the French Quarter, Super Dome, Jazz Fest, Convention Center and Magazine Street. Please take a minute to read all the wonderful, honest reviews from previous guests. If your party is a bit larger, we also own another vacation rental townhouse just three blocks from this location. We really went all out to make this the best place to stay at during your trip to New Orleans. Everything's Brand New!! Furniture, Bathrooms, Kitchen and SS appliances (inc washer & dryer), Deck, Queen size beds, dressers w/ mirrors, 8-seat dining table, couches & 60" HD Sony TV (w cable, HBO & Netflix). This home has Hardwood flooring throughout. Our place is perfect for family trips, reunions, bachelor(ette) parties, conference visits and most importantly - Friends just hanging out :). Sit back with family & friends in our well furnished Living and Dining Rooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. This place sleeps 6 very comfortably (options available for additional people). Nice size deck w/ very comfortable patio furniture for BBQ's & joyful crawfish boils (gas grill on back deck). Finally, the entire house is fully secured with an ADT Security System.

** Safe Neighborhood!! Many places take great pictures but fail to show you neighboring houses. This townhouse is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood - with kind neighbors.

** Security System - ADT. Most homes in the U.S. have it, why not ours :)

** If it rains and you want to stay in - Enjoy watching TV on a brand new 60' HD Sony. Cable, HBO & Netflix (WiFi) included.

** Everything in our place is Brand New. Other places are filled with junk from garage sales.

** So many restaurants, coffee shops & bars within walking distance.

** Newly built Martin Wine Cellar (and eatery) recently opened - only one block from the residence (pictures included).

** Great for families with children - if it's pouring and you need to stay in - bedrooms are upstairs to sleep and the TV is downstairs to watch.

New Orleans is our home. My wife was born and raised and I came here right before Hurricane Katrina. We experienced the destruction in 2005 first hand, but stood with our city and watched it come back even stronger. I will always live in this wonderful city with my family. Hopefully our kids will too when they get older - LOL. We love it here. Home is where your heart is. Our hearts are in New Orleans.

When visiting New Orleans, location is key to comfort and convenience. New Orleans is a major city and warrants to stay in safe neighborhoods. Our property is located in a very safe neighborhood in Uptown...but very close to Downtown (less than 10 minutes away). The residence is also monitored with an ADT Security System - a benefit most VRBO's in New Orleans do not have.

Convenience is another major factor when visiting. This townhouse is only two blocks from the streetcar - which will take you to all the major places that you'll want to visit (French Quarter, Super Dome, Jazz Fest, Famous Tipitina's and Magazine Street).

Great property and the owners are extremely attentive to the clients needs

Great location as you can get to St. Charles Ave. In a 2 minute walk. Spent a lot of time on the porch of the Columns hotel and they make a mean Sazerac.

Roomy, clean and classy.

Everything was perfect. Owner was informative and accommodating. The only thing I can say that was not perfect is that in order to get to the 3Rd bedroom you have to walk through the 2nd. We had 3 adult couples so it was weird but with a family would not of matter. But every one loved it and we would definitely come back!

Wonderful place!

4 couples stayed in this home and we had plenty of space! The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs and spacious and then then the 4th stayed on an air mattress downstairs. House had great amenities - security system, laundry, TV with all the channels, WIFI, 2 separate cooling systems, etc. and Ravi the owner, walked me through all of it when I got there. He communicated promptly and made sure we had what we needed! The location was good - we took an Uber at about 10-15$ to go places most times, but it is also walking distance to the street car. Neighborhood felt very safe and we had no trouble parking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place in NOLA!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a group of 10 girls stay at this property for 3 nights (we rented both sides of the home to accommodate our group), and had an amazing time! It was equipped with everything we needed (plenty of clean towels, wine glasses, etc) and the owner made it clear he was only a phone call away if we needed anything! We felt safe regardless, but really enjoyed having the alarm system for extra protection. The gourmet wine and grocery store is only steps away which was a highlight for us and made life so much easier. I highly recommend this property.

The place was exactly what was indicated on the website, it was clean and well maintained. Ravi provided me instructions on the use of the house and was available anytime if there were any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to reserve the home the next time I travel down to New Orleans.
