Weather is warm year round with loads of sunshine.

People are out walking, running and riding bikes or scooters every day. You can do a lot or kick back and do nothing.

Quiet, peaceful. Loved the Lanai!

Comfortable beds, well stocked beach inflatables, beach cart, fishing poles, abd great restaurant's within walking distance. The walk to the beach is a bit of a walk, but access is right across the street from the community opening. Great place, would recommend for sure.

Great location, quiet, beautiful home

Owner Gregg was awesome! Very friendly, house was perfect, neighbors nice, nice to sit in lanai by canal. Saw manatees and dolphins. House has everything you need.

Beautiful wide, white sand beaches, easy access to bars and restaurants along the beach and throughout the area. Many, many water sports available at locations along the beach. A short drive or bike ride to Santini Plaza, weekly fresh outdoor market, great shopping, postoffice, medical clinic, many restaurants and bars, and many more retailers. We’re located on the South end of the island making getting off island very convenient especially during “peak” season. Ford and Edison summer homes/museums a short drive or trolly ride. Mound House, Calusa Indian historical site. Lover’s Key a short drive, trolly or bike ride over the bridge. Time Square, located at North end, with shopping, restaurants and music nightly. Amazing sunsets! Neighboring islands of Sanibel and Captiva are a spectacular visit. Dog Beach, for all us dog lovers, adjacent to the State Park on Lover’s Key, is a special and very fun experience. Dolphin, Manatee and Eco tours available. Deep Sea and not so deep sea fishing available.
