The Whaler Resort is an award winning oceanfront resort property located directly on Kaanapali Beach! Adjacent to Whalers Village, the largest outdoor shopping mall on the west side of Maui you'll appreciate the great proximity to all the fabulous restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and entertainment spots all just steps away. Our 1 bedroom 2 bath OCEANFRONT condo is located in Tower I on the corner offering sweeping oceanfront views that include to the left our island neighbor of Lanai and to the right the island of Molokai with a clear view of Kaanapali Beach all the way to the famous Black Rock known for superb snorkeling and diving conditions.
Our condo has been completely remodeled as of November 2014, and now features an open floor plan of the living room, dining area and kitchen creating one large great room allowing us to capture all three sides of our breathtaking oceanfront views. We have appointed fine comfortable furnishings in both the living room and bedroom.
We've created a casual elegant motif in keeping with the over ambiance and charm of The Whaler Resort. You'll find extra amenities that we know our visitors appreciate having at their convenience like FREE WIFI, cable TV, an IPOD Doc, a stacked washer and dryer in our unit, extra comfy pillows, ceiling fans, and miscellaneous beach equipment. We also offer grocery delivery service so you can avoid stopping on the way. Once you've confirmed your accommodations we're happy to send you a grocery list prior to your arrival. You simply fill it out and we do the rest!
Our on island licensed management company offers full services that include car rentals, island activities, travel insurance and rentals of equipment to accommodate your children’s needs as well. Be sure to take advantage of all their services and make planning your visit easy and quick!

Great location, fantastic view.
This is the best location in Kaanapali. Walk to the Village next door and you can leave your car in the garage.
Units vary quite a bit, so check pictures and ratings. Ours had a fantastic view and deck. Only complaint was that the bed wasn’t great.

Love the Whaler! The friendly staff, there’s plenty of available seating at the pool, lots of complimentary beach chairs and perfect proximity to shops and restaurants. Our condo (701) has a great wrap around ocean front balcony. Watch whales from anywhere but the washrooms. The furniture was comfortable and the closet had plenty of items for beach fun. The kitchen was stocked with every thing needed and some very thoughtful extras (foil, ziplock bags, coffee filters, spices) which of course any occupant should extend the courtesy of replacing for the next happy guest. Had a wonderful week! Hope to find this unit available for our next visit!

Phenomenal condo, great location!
Stayed here for a week and half with my wife and son over Thanksgiving. Phenomenal. Very clean, and the unit was in tremendous shape. Views from the lanai have to be seen to be believed. We found a ton of stuff to do very close to the resort. Felt like we we hardly had to leave the nearby area. Would highly recommend, and plan on a returning. Thanks to the rental company for making the booking, checking in, checking out process very easy.

Thanks for the memories!
My wife and I spent eight days at this wonderful unit with its spectacular view. We were vacationing with friends that were at another condo down the beach. Waking up each morning to coffee on the lanai was a breathtaking memory we will not soon forget. This unit was very clean, comfortable and provided so many extras ( Tommy beach chairs and umbrellas ) that made it so enjoyable. Hiking, swimming, golfing, great restaurants, happy hour on our lanai's.....I think you get the picture!

We had sweet maui vacation
The condo was just what we were looking for. Wow. Our family came for a two week stay and we would have stayed longer if it was possible. Definitely will be back. The condo was well-maintained, offered everything we needed and more. The views from the living room and the back deck(I think they call it a lanai), are incredible. It was very easy losing time, watching the small waves roll in. Even the master bedroom has an ocean view. Our son crashed out the sleeper sofa, and he said it was comfortable. He usually gets bored on vacation without the comforts of home, but there was so much for us to do in just this local area I don't remember him complaining once. The resort is quiet and clean, the staff pretty helpful. Lots of places to relax and chill. Really liked having the beach so close by. Maui is a wonderful place. Hope we can return soon.

Located in the heart of the famous Kaanapali Resort directly on Kaanapali Beach. Boardwalk front this property provides eash access along the beach to all area attractions including the largest outdoor shopping mall at Whaler's Village, live entertainment, boutique shops, fine dining and casual dining and all water sport activities including catamaran excursions, whale watching trips (in season) trips to outer islands and more!
