About Philip Stacy

I am a fourth generation Native Texan and a lifelong resident of the Kerrville/Ingram/Hunt Area. I have many connections to the Summer Camps in the area. Both my wife and I attended and worked at area Summer Camps. Our Family has been truly blessed to be able live and grow up in the most beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country. Currently, I am semi-retired from the banking industry and live just minutes away.

Philip Stacy purchased this cabin in 2014

Why Philip Stacy chose Hill Country

I have always loved this log cabin. I drove by it each day to and from work. A friend of mine who was a home builder remodeled this property back in 2007. Both the inside and outside were redone and it is like going back in time with the benefit of modern conveniences

What makes this cabin unique

So close to the river, summer camps, hunting and fishing. It's a great place to stay while picking up or dropping off your children at Camp or vacationing with your family.

Peaceful & laid back!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time to stay at Lazy Days Lodge and we came back for a reason~ we LOVE it here!! The lodge is so quaint and peaceful. It's like a step back in time. The location is perfect, out in the country but still close enough to get to everything you need or want to do. Philip & Jeanne are great to work with and very prompt on crediting back the deposit. We will be back AGAIN! John & Linda H.

Great for our family!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at the Lazy Days. Spending the mornings and evenings relaxing on the porch was amazing. It is really convenient to all the things we wanted to do, including sliding down the dam! Thanks again!

Enjoyed very much

Perfect location if you are taking or picking up children from camp. Very roomy, very comfortable. A TV in the bedroom would be nice--and.........maybe a king size bed. Overall, a really quaint, clean, great place to stay!!

Cute and Fun

  • 4 of 5

Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We really enjoyed it and had fun while on our trip. The river is about 3 minutes from the cabin, but for good swimming, you do have to drive, but not to far. My daughter and I loved shopping at the boutiques just down the street from the cabin. The kids enjoyed the loft, we all slept very comfortable with the awesome AC. That is a must with TX weather! We also enjoyed our evenings hanging out on the deck after coming back from the river. We were comfortable leaving our kayaks in the backyard since it is a private area. We will definitely be returning!
