A car is not necessary, but if you have a car, you will appreciate the convenience of the underground parking and being out of the snow. This Three Kings 1 bedroom loft, 2 bathroom condo sleeps four (4). Main floor has a queen-size convertible sofa and a full-size bathroom (vanity, toilet, shower and tub). Upstairs is a beautiful loft bedroom with a new king-size bed (memory-foam/gel-top mattress), 32' HDTV, 20-foot vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. A walk-in closet and a private full-size bathroom (vanity, toilet, jetted-tub and shower).
The open two-story floor plan makes the most of this classic Park City ski property. Park City memorabilia is throughout. From Park City's early mining days to the renown world-class ski resort of today. This condo is spacious, inviting and has an open-concept design.
The dining area seats four comfortably and looks out onto the back deck and golf course. The outdoor patio/deck has a gas BBQ grill, table/chairs for four (Spring, Summer & Fall). Step off the deck and onto the 16th fairway of the Park City Golf course (Spring, Summer & Fall) or onto the Park City cross-country ski course (Winter).
The newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and leaded-glass cabinets. All stainless appliances, filtered water for drinking fountain and refrigerator ice/water dispenser. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig 'K-Kup' coffee maker, blender, toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet pots & pans, flatware, cooking utensils and has a large granite breakfast bar (seating for four).
Living room is warm and cozy. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. An ideal gathering place to visit, play games, watch TV or your favorite movie on the 54' HDTV(includes On-Demand, Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Leather recliner, sofa & ataman and fireplace (gas). The 'Smart' HDTV and 'Smart' Sound-bar enhance your movies and favorite music ('Smart' devices connect via blue-tooth or auxiliary jack to any mobile device).
The Three Kings Clubhouse is located next door (steps from the front-door or back-door of the condo). The Three Kings Clubhouse has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views (sauna is inside the club house). The club-house is available for entertaining large groups. With a stone fireplace, a large dining room table and plenty of seating.

As a child, I learned to ski at Park City. My wife and I (and five children) returned to Park City many times each year (especially for Christmas). So many fond memories of our time in Park City! My wife and I live here in Park City.

When I was a child, our family owned a Three Kings condo. There is no better location in all of Park City. Awesome location on the golf course, PC Transit stop across the street and steps to trails and ski lifts!

I am now a condo convert!
Full disclosure: we’re hotel people. Staying in a condo has always made me a little nervous. There’s no front desk, there are no other options, you’re just stuck if the place is misrepresented.
However, staying at this condo has changed my mind. The photos in the listing were truly representative of the unit; it was beautifully renovated and spotless. As a true loft, it’s perfect for a couple or even a small family. It’s cozy and comfortable with plenty of living space for four people.
I also thought this location was great, right at the base of PCMR. It’s a three minute trip to downtown, the grocery store is a few blocks away and there are lots of great little restaurants nearby when you don’t feel like dealing with Main Street. I ended up skiing at Deer Valley, which is the farthest of the three ski areas from this condo, but even that was easy.
The owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with. All around this was a fantastic stay!

Loved this property for our Xmas stay. Location was fantastic for skiing at Park City base and a bus stop located just across the road. Owners were very accommodating and condo had great facilities and was very comfortable for our family of four.
We have stayed at this condo 2 years in a row, it is a perfect location, easy walking distance to Main street, nice quiet condo on the Park City golf course. The condo is comfortable and nicely furnished, kitchen is well stocked with all essential cookware. Craig, the owner is responsive and easy to get in touch with. We will be returning each year for hiking and mountain biking in Park City! and plan to stay at Craig's place again.
This is an excellent place! The location is very close to the mountain resort, which means good sun and trail access. The area is much quieter than staying in town. Getting to town was easy by walking and/or bus. Parking in town can be tough, so it's best not to drive during the busy season. The condo itself is perfect for meals and relaxing. We went out for most dinners, but cooking was easy when we chose to stay in. Craig is an excellent communicator, available and works to ensure you are set up for a great stay. The loft can get a little hot in the summer, but window ventilation after 7PM fixed the issue. The downstairs had AC but remained cool without. I hope this unit is available for return visits.
Great 4th of July vacation
This condo is well managed. The Condo is set up like a high quality corporate extended stay. Bedding and towels are first class. Kitchen is set up with the proper utensils. Furniture is up to date and comfortable. Nice modern TVs upstairs and down. The view from the dinning table and patio is of the 16th green giving you a nice open feeling. Craig the owner is responsive to texts and emails. What more can you ask.
Close to all activities. Great kitchen.
The owner is very attentive. He will help with anything you need to make your stay comfortable.
Condo is close to Park City Mountain Resort, hiking/biking trails, golf course and the Sundance Institute.
