This deluxe condo with 180 degree views (looking South West) is located on the third floor accessed by a security coded elevator. You enter the condo into a tile mud room. The kitchen is located to the left of the entry. The full kitchen has granite counter tops and 3 bar stools at the counter. The washer/dryer is located next to the kitchen. Directly in front of you from the mud room is the living room where there is a 42’ flat screen TV w/DVD, a gas fireplace, dining room table with seating for 6 people, and a 400 disc CD player. Directly off the living room is a deck with South West views of the Wilson's and alpine sunset that overlooks the plaza and ice-skating pond.
Down the hall off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed, 15’ flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom includes a jetted tub, separate steam shower and stone details. Also off the hall is the second bedroom which has a split king and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The complex is less than 100 yards from ski school, Lift #4, Gondola, and Lift #1. The unit has a ski locker available as well as room in the entry way for boots and coats. There is parking in the underground garage for 1 vehicle, the clearance for the garage is 9'4. Additional parking is available at the intercept lot for $25.00 per night.

This condo has a beautiful corner patio with view of mountains. It is close to gondola that takes you into the town of Telluride as well as walking distance to restaurants and shops. You could stay here without a car.

The management company so far has been good, we had one small issue they took care of quickly.
Let me list the problem areas: The carpet has lot's of big stains. Knobs are falling off of pantry door. Some of the cabinent doors do not close properly. Screens do not fit windows and allow bugs in (we are here in Summer and have to have windows open). Chipping paint on walls. The refrigerator does not regulate properly and has ruined half our food. Patio was compromised by lack of access to umbrella and chair cushions as well as chipping granite that has not been swept away and tracks in the unit. Kitchen is reasonably furnished, with a couple of glaring exceptions: need 1 large skillet (2 tiny ones provided that are in bad shape) and the coffee makers needs to be replaced, the coffee is not hot. Bathrooms are somewhat updated and in good working order -- good shower, tubs, etc.
A little bit about us -- we travel often and are VRBO "frequent flyers" -- we expect the homes we stay in to be equipped, clean and in good working order -- we don't expect luxury. We felt compelled to give an honest review so it can warn potential renters. Our assessment is this condo has great potential but needs some TLC from it's owners. We would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.
My family stayed at this condo for 10 days in August 2015. This is a very nice condo with newer furnishings, it has a great view of Wilson Peak from the balcony and living room picture window, in a convenient location near the main Mountain Village Plaza, the floorplan is open with the 2 bedrooms down the hallway. We opened all the casement windows and enjoyed cool breezes through the roomy living room. We cooked dinner in the nice kitchen a few times, the master bathroom has a huge and very nice jetted bathtub that we used almost every night. This was probably one of nicest condos I have ever rented. I would highly recommend this condo.
