In between the Coonskin Lift #7 and the San Miguel River, the Cimarron Lodge is great in summer and winter.

Bedding: King bed, queen bed, two twins and a queen sofa sleeper.

The entrance to this condo is on the 2nd floor and the main floor has a kitchen, living room with flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, and a dining area for 4 guests. There are also 3 bar stools in the kitchen. There is a bedroom with 2 twin beds on this level, as well as a full bath in the hallway with a shower/tub combo and a closet with a private washer/dryer. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath. There is also a queen bedroom and bath, as well as a little den with a sofa and flat screen TV.

Cimarron Lodge is located at ski-in/out access to lift 7 (Coonskin lift) in Telluride. The building has an underground garage with parking on a first-come-first-serve basis, two common outdoor hot tubs, gas grills on the ground level, and coin-operated laundry facility. As a guest you have access to 1 private ski locker in the court yard area. A ski/snowboard rental shop is among the businesses in this complex.

                                Unbeatable location, ill-equipped and dingy condo

                                It's hard to complain much - this condo is DIRECTLY across from Coonskin lift and is incredibly convenient. The management company was also very attentive and responsive to our needs. However the condo was a bit disappointing. The condo sleeps 8, yet there are 4 coffee mugs (some of us drank out of re-used starbucks cardboard cups), 3 large glasses, and 2 small glasses (cocktail size). The ice trays were cracked and leaked. Overall the condo is in need of a deep clean - carpets are stained and dirty, the sheets in the master had gum baked into them (promptly changed upon request), misc hair on the blanket. I feel like this is something I would have stayed in during college spring break, not a trip with professional work colleagues. I would stay at Cimarron again, just not this unit.

We have since replenished everything, and are working with our staff to remedy these kind of issues.                                 Our group of four adults with our four kids stayed in this condo for four nights. It was perfect! The adults all stayed upstairs in the queen and king rooms respectively. Our older kids shared the room with the two twin beds and the youngest two slept on the sofa. We were frustrated at first because the listing made it look like there was a 4th room that could potentially be a bedroom, but that is actually a sitting area off of the largest bedroom. However, that was a trivial matter compared to the great bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and the fantastic location. Sitting at the base of lift #7, over the ski rental shop, and mere steps away from the Galloping Goose shuttle bus, this was just a fantastic find for us with kids. This was the first year that we took the Telluride Trail down from the mountain (blue run, but very easy for kids!) and we now know that this is truly a ski in/ski out condo! Thanks!

Indeed this is a wonderful location at the base of lift #7 next to the river and the Cimarron commercial space. There is a different style sitting area upstairs which looks out to the mountain and we will make sure that is clearly described in the condo profile.
