Unit B105 in sunny Kihei, is a ground floor walk in condo with a large lanai. Located at the ocean end of building B, in The Waiohuli Beach Hale property. WBH is a small two level peaceful uncrowded complex with lush tropical landscaped gardens, waterfalls, and a 60' x 24' solar heated pool. All this on a great long sandy beach steps from the condo.
Guests from around the world mix at the pool and mingle at the BBQ while cooking, sometimes sharing recipes and food. Highlights of the evenings are the glorious Hawaiian sunset, right at the beach. Everyone is welcome to bring their beverage and enjoy conch shell blowers signaling when the Hawaiian sun sets into the Pacific.
Windsurfers, stand up paddle boarders and kiters can launch at the ocean out front. World class snorkeling, and diving is a few minutes away.
Our non-smoking paradise beach condo has been restored from the ground up, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, tile floors, walk in glass shower, California King size bed, 62" Flat screen TV with DVR in the main room, 32" Flat screen TV and AC in the bedroom.
The Waiohuli Beach Hale has a shared Wi-Fi service and password. However, we provide a free private password protected WiFi connection for better security and availability for guests.
Our condo is the Oceanside end unit, with windows on three sides, along with ceiling fans in each room, providing nice Hawaiian breezes. The location makes for the convenience of not running up and down stairs, helpful when going to the beach, pool or BBQ.
Everything is supplied from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie board.
The kitchen is fully equipped form Keurig to corkscrew, with most everything in between.

During our first visit to Maui we decided to look to buying a property at Waiohuli. That has been a dream come true. Now as owners for 14 years, we enjoy each visit to our paradise each time on island. Our goal by managing the guests rental ourselves, is to make the best possible experience for everyone. Condo 105 is completely remodelled on the ground floor, with the
waterfall garden in front of the the private lanai. The free parking is a few steps from the door, making easy access. The pool, ocean and BBQ are a short stroll to each. Mornings are made for taking your cup of local coffee out to the lanai to watch the fishing, snorkel or whale watching boats starting their days.

The owners were most gracious hosts and made the process very easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was perfect: spacious, clean, well-equipped and with an incredible view and ambience. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.
We love staying at #105. WBH is a great location, the condo is well equipped, very comfortable and a perfect home away from home. Condo was really well located in a residence in front of a gorgeous almost wild beach. Turtles every evening on the beach, wonderful sunset.
The condo was on the 1st floor with 2 chairs + table and a sunbed chair. We took our meals outside just like in a garden. It's not just in front of the swimming pool which gave us privacy, and quiet, but 10 seconds walking and you are in the swimming pool.
The residence is quiet and well equiped. There is a laundry room in the residence and you can do laundry for 2$.
The condo was well equiped. A full equiped kitchen, and confortable sofa. There is air conditioning system in the bedroom, but it's a portable unit because most of the time you don't need it in Maui. We left all windows opened and cound feel the fresh breeze from the ocean. Much better than A/C.
To sum up, we would definitely come back. The residence was quiet, easy to find, far from all big resorts and with a lot of stores arround. Supermarket 1 minute walking, post office, gaz station. Great deal for a great place.
I'll stay here again if available.
This condo is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops which was just what we were looking for in a place. Very nice and clean inside. We will stay here again!

Not only close to one of the greatest viewing beach, there's supermarket (Times Supermarket) in walking distance, easily to buy some food/supply. Also there are other stores near by.
And, the condo plaza is just behind the church as well as a quite, serene place to stay.
