Not satisfied with the condition of the condo. I would suggest staying in the condo above it.

I was not impressed with the kitchen and the utensils and pans they provided. Also could use a refrigerator that has an ice maker. The master bedroom was 10-15 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. The curtains did not keep the sunlight out nor did it help with the heat in the bedroom. We ran the fan on the dresser the entire time we were there. The bed could also use a new mattress and have a headboard. The sofas had slip covers that were needing to be fixed constantly. The bathrooms were the only things that seemed to have been updated. Also, we could not sit on the lanai because the furniture was smelly and moldy. They need to have furniture that can be left out in the elements. I would not stay in the specific condo again. We love the complex and will go back because of it. Dave is the manager and is wonderful and the dock is an added bonus. Love watching dolphins play!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. We encourage guests to contact us with concerns and issues while they are in residence so we can promptly address them. Although we're unable to assist you now, we will address these items so future guests can reap the benefits. We did reach out to the owner with your comments and in summary their response follows: For the record, the pots and pans and utensils are all new as is the mattress and the furniture on the lanai. The slider in the bedroom, is the one being replaced so should help considerably with the summer heat, and the window in the other bedroom is being done at the same time. We'll look into doing something with the couches when we are down in October. And when you schedule the deep cleaning this year maybe the cushions on the lanai can be cleaned although they certainly weren't "smelly and moldy" when we were down there a few weeks before the this guest.
