This property feels like you’re in a luxury resort yet with all the amenities of home. Very convenient location minutes to town, very close to the lifts in the winter (Eagle Lodge is less then ¾ of a mile away) and a short walk right next door to the Sierra Star Golf Course club house in the summer. Free town shuttle stop located close to complex. Private feel with mountain and golf course views through pine trees. Lots of natural light add to the charm and comfort of this amazing mountain retreat. The main level features an open living area with a professional kitchen, dining room table and living room. A natural wood burning fireplace will add warmth to those special family moments. Two master bedrooms, one secluded upstairs with a king bed, gas thermostat controlled fireplace, large bathroom with a jetted tub, shower and a large walk in closet. A Second master bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed and its own full bathroom including large glass enclosed shower. Two more bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a bunk bed and one with a queen bed, these two rooms share a third bathroom. The downstairs landing has a couch and TV for the kids or second getaway from the main living area. To top it off there is a private downstairs balcony with a Sundance spa to ease those muscles after a hard day of playing in the mountains. There are a total of four flat screen TV's with cable and DVD players located on the main level, TV room downstairs and both master bedrooms. Hi speed internet with WIFI to satisfy everyone's electronic needs. Lastly there is a two car garage and a full laundry room right as you enter the home from the garage. You will not be disappointed with this property, it is absolutely amazing and you will not want to go home.

Great place and location

This condo is close to eagle lodge and is nicely decorated. The owner is very nice and very responsive when we had issues. The condo is spacious and well stocked with basic daily essentials. We had a positive experience staying at this place.

Wonderful!

Our group had such an incredible stay here! Dennis was so helpful and easy to work with. The process was seamless. The house was just what we expected and needed. Spacious yet cozy, and RIGHT next to the Eagle lift! Great little area and neighborhood.

The house manager Jose was awesome as well. If we needed anything fixed or had any questions, he was there immediately. Great service!

Check-in and check-out was simple and convenient, all done electronically.

We even requested to stay an extra night after having such a wonderful time, and Dennis made it happen so quickly and easily.

We will definitely be returning for any future Mammoth trips, and have recommended the house to other friends.

PS.... The house is super close to this amazing restaurant & bowling alley, just down the road.... Mammoth Rock N Bowl. Highly recommend!! The Brasserie has the most insane food, to die for. And so fun to pop down to bowling right after dinner.

Excellent house for a family Christmas!

My family of seven stayed here for the week of Christmas. The layout and the functionality was perfect. And about half a mile away from chair 15 make it extremely easy to be dropped off and picked up at a moments notice. We usually stay up at the Bridges (with a gorgeous view) but it was not missed. With more than double the square feet, a newer build and not having to deal with driving up steep grades with snow was a no-brainer. Size matters!

Lovely home better suited for a winter stay.

This townhouse has a great layout with a master and bath upstairs, wonderful common area with a modern kitchen and powder room on the main level, and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, den and laundry room on the garage/ground floor level. Our family stayed for 4 nights in late July so it was hot and there is no air conditioning and the central fan in the unit was not working. The owner is very responsive and had his property manager bring fans over and fix the nonworking toilet. Outdoor space on main level is minimal, with a small deck off the kitchen that has no furniture or bbq so is not usable, which was a disappointment. There was a large group of young folks partying heartily on their deck next door, which is very close, so that was an issue though likely not a regular event. There is also a covered outdoor deck with a jacuzzi off the ground level which our kids enjoyed. The property is nicely cared for and the owner is great to work with. It is an expensive rental so would only consider for a winter stay in the future.

Owner's Response: Diana, Thanks for your 4 star review, sorry that the few minor issues kept us from that last star. As you noted and as is the case with all our guests, I was very responsive to all your concerns. As a practice I strive to go above and beyond expectations to smooth over any slightly bumpy spots that may come up. This is a high end condo, we are proactive in maintaining it and fix immediately anything that we know is an issue. Unfortunately, it isn't a perfect world and sometimes things that we are unaware of come up that need to be addressed, in which case they are addressed immediately. I know you were disappointed that the condo didn't have A/C, patio furniture or a BBQ. However, as we discussed, being that Mammoth is a mountain town the vast majority of properties in the area do not have A/C. We have had many summer guests that have used and enjoyed the condo comfortably without A/C. The fact that the house fan wasn't working, was a unfortunate event that happen while you were there during an uncommonly hot time frame. As you stated fans were provided to you to help ease this inconvenience. The house fan was fixed immediately, and there was a group that used the condo directly after your stay that had no issues, which is the case 99.9% of the time. In regards to having no BBQ or patio furniture, the listing does not claim to have these items, nor do the pictures of the patio in the listing taken during the summer months show these items are available. Sorry again for your unmet expectation in this regard. Most guests are more interested in everything the mountain area has to offer during their stay. I hope the private spa helped offset this disappointment. Neighbor behavior is something that is completely out of our control. However, the high end nature of the complex tends to minimize this type of thing, and this is the first time I have experienced this type of issue. You noted that because of the expense of the condo you would only consider a winter stay in the future. While I respect your opinion, I respectfully disagree as well. This condo is one of the nicest condo's, in one of the nicest condo complexes in Mammoth. Additionally, it is on the golf course and right next door to the club house, which many summer guests enjoy. Our experience shows, and all the other 5 star reviews testify to the fact that the vast majority of guest immensely enjoy their stay and see the value in the accommodations.
