The house is located in a residential neighborhood of high standing considered as the golden mile of Seville and just opposite the gardens of Buhaira with views from the house. In the closest environment we will find Santa Justa train and bird station just 7 minutes walk away, and a shopping center considered the best in Seville and the Sevilla Fútbol Club Sánchez Pizjuán stadium. At 15 minutes you have the Plaza de España within the park of Maria Luisa and very close to this large green area The Murillo Gardens with its wall surrounding the Real Alcazar of Seville.

Just 7 minutes walking we are in the historic center and the neighborhood of the Jewish quarter and Santa Cruz famous inside and outside of Seville, where we can walk through its streets less than 1 meter wide and its squares and squares that incite the romanticism. It is time for a first stop at Casa Roman or Hostería El Laurel to regain strength with a bit of ham and manzanilla, at 15 meters we find the Hospital de Los Venerables 2nd museum in Seville, formerly a hospital and its church with a magnificent organ.

We continue walking and we will find the 2nd Cathedral of Christendom and its emergent and beautiful Giralda, right next to the Archbishop's Palace, the Royal Alcazar of Seville and the Archivo de Indias right in front of the Arenal neighborhood with the spectacular and Royal Plaza de La Maestranza bulls from there to observe the Torre de Oro and the Guadalquivir River.
