Cozy and Clean

  • 4 of 5

This condo has cute cabin décor and lots of comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived a little early from California and I asked to enter the condo a couple hours early. Claudia responded right away and was very accommodating.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Nice fireplace. Washer/dryer (which we used everyday). Clean. You can walk to tubing, slopes and the shops/restaurants/general store. The location was the best part.

Cons: It's on the third floor, which is great for views and vaulted ceilings but going up and down the stairs a lot in the altitude was tiring. If you have a large vehicle or a cargo box on the top of your car you will not be able to park in the garage.

The communal hot tubs did not look inviting. They are shared with all three buildings and enclosed in steamy rooms on the bottom floors. We took one look inside and decided against it.

Tips: Bring a couple of blankets or comforters with you from home. There are a lot of beds but not a lot of quilts.

Amazing location, plenty of room, and a view!

  • 5 of 5

This place was almost perfect. Great price, Claudia was very helpful with a few questions I had.

We had three families with a total of 7 kids and it was plenty of room and the kids loved it. I think you can easily ski in/out, but we only went to the smaller lift for the kids, so we didn't utilize that. The tubing for the kids was literally right outside the side door. There's a great corner window view in the den.

The only caveats: the dumb waiter was apparently broken which meant hauling bags, coolers, and kids up and down 3 fights of stairs. Also, while the murphy beds are awesome, we threw a couple of the boys on the pull-out couch and they said it was so uncomfortable that they barely slept. So I might not count on that in terms of "comfortably" sleeping 12.

Aside from that, this place is amazing and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Cozy comfort.

  • 5 of 5

This truly is a ski-in/ski-out which was our number one priority when choosing a place to stay in Brian Head. You walk down a hallway, go down two flights of stairs and you can ski around the tubing hill and be right at the Giant Steps lift in minutes.

I loved how we felt like we were staying in a nice cabin with the roaring fire and views of the mountains. The appliances and decor are all updated and make it so you don’t want to leave.

Claudia was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here.
