Enjoy the spacious living area and ample storage as well as a quiet and convenient location within the Island Club Complex.

The first floor area includes a entry hall, kitchen, dining area, large den and half bath and a spacious deck with direct access to the lagoon. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops,spacious cabinets and is fully furnished with everything you will need to prepare and serve food. The kitchen area opens into the dining and living areas.

The dining room has a large table capable of seating six.

The large den includes a 42" flat screen HD TV with HD DVD player. WI-FI is available throughout the villa. The living room is capable of seating 7 with a sofa/bed, love seat and two chairs. It opens to the deck which overlooks the lagoon.

The deck is furnished with table and chairs for relaxing and dining. From the deck there is direct access to the lagoon for catch and release fishing and feeding ducks and turtles. Enjoy the beautiful beach then return for an enjoyable quiet time on the deck over looking the 13 acre lagoon that traverses throughout the Island Club Area. The lagoon water spray adds a comforting effect during afternoons and evenings.

This townhouse is equipped with ample storage on both floors and a private fenced in area to store beach chairs and equipment. You will experience a quiet environment given the lack of elevators and overhead noise.

The upstairs area includes a very large master bedroom with a king bed, chest, two bedside tables and chair The large chest with lots of drawers provides ample clothing storage. A private bathroom includes tub/shower combination and a large vanity with drawers. A 32' flat screen HD TV and HD DVD player allows you to enjoy the latest media technology. A spacious walk in closet gives you great storage. A small seating area on the balcony with lagoon view is relaxing.

The spacious guest bedroom includes a queen and a twin bed, private bathroom with tub/shower combination and a large vanity. There is a chest with drawers. There are two large closets, one with built in shelving., a 32" HD TV and an HD DVD player..

Island Club is an ocean front gated villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped tropical grounds with walkways that lead to the beach, pool, sun deck and all other entertainment areas included within the complex. Villa parking is only a few steps away from the front door. Two parking spots are allocated to the villa per Island Club policy. However there is additional parking available. The complex features a Tennis Club with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru Courts. Lessons are available. A fitness center, basketball courts are all in the Tennis area. Bikes can also be rented there. There are charcoal and gas grilles located conveniently through out the site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games, as well as a children's playground.

The three pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a huge mushroom fountain. A hot tub, a tanning shelf, and a large lap pool 3' to 5' deep is available for swimming and tanning. The pools are seasonally heated.

There is an additional hot tub located at the Tennis Center exercise area. For those who really enjoy working out the exercise club includes a stair master, weights, treadmill and bench press. The Club offers a summer activities program for guests of all ages. Beach access has mats that improve walking conditions and showers to remove sand from guests and equipment.

We truly enjoy the Hilton Head area and the Island Club. We continually upgrade and furnish our beach property with amenities that we personally enjoy when visiting the beach. It is our home away from home. We believe you will be very pleased with the appearance, cleanliness and amenities we have provided throughout the villa. We purchased this particular villa because of the large living space and quiet provided by a two story town home. We are located very conveniently to enjoy all the entertainment and relaxing areas provided by the Island Club.

What makes this townhome unique

Our town home is spacious with lots of closet space and storage. It has a private area outside to safely store bikes and beach equipment, We love the quiet lagoon view from our spacious deck area and master bedroom. Our kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare food and serve meals. Appliances are new and the large kitchen has been remodeled with granite counter tops. The first floor entry is only a few steps from parking .

The Island Club is a jewel!

Wonderful location. Beach on site. Tennis courts and swimming pool steps away. Fishing lagoon with fountain spray right off patio deck. Quiet and secure. Condo tastefully decorated and well stocked with essentials.

The property is well situated within the Island Club Resort. Easy access to Beach and Pool.

The Villa is exceptionally clean and well appointed with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time there.

We would definitely plan to stay here again!

Great villa

This was our second year at the Island Club complex, and our first time renting this villa. The place was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped, particularly for long stays. Plenty of books and games for rainy days. Good televisions in all rooms. While the unit is located on the lagoon, it is only a short walk to the beach and the rest of Island Club’s amenities. One of the island’s many bike paths is right across from the entrance to the Club. Great walking & biking routes.

Mitch, the owner, was very attentive, contacting us within days of our arrival to be sure all was in order, and later to ask what they might do to improve our experience. Ruth, our on-site contact, was most helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Definitely two thumbs up!
