Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful house in a wonderful neighborhood! My family (4 adults) stayed here for 1 month while we were waiting to close on our new home in St Petersburg. This rental has 3 good sized bedrooms, including a spacious master with its own bathroom. It could easily accomodate 6 adults with added room for several children. The kitchen is well equipped, and includes cutlery for uses you are unlikely to need for daily family feeding (escargot forks!). The manager (Nick) is helpful and friendly, and the house is one short block to Tampa Bay. The neighborhood (the "Pink Streets") is a unique St Petersburg location. We highly recommend this rental!

Lovely home in a beautiful historic neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

Lovely, spacious home in a beautiful historic neighborhood. House is very close to Tampa Bay – great for bird watching and kayaking. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the location. About 15 min to downtown, or the beach; also 15 minutes to Fort De Soto, a huge county park with beaches, bike & kayak rentals, and dog park/beach. Great restaurants and plenty of nightlife is nearby; took one trip to Tampa for some great live music. Our host Nick was always available and helpful. Hope we can come back soon!

Amazing! Most peaceful location to stay in St. Pete!

  • 5 of 5

I highly recommend staying at this home. My GF and I were searching for a place to relax and escape to for a month and heal from the stressors of everyday life, I am so happy we found this place! Beautiful home located right across from the water with spectacular views of the Skyway.

The home was perfect, it was spacious and modern, it was equipped with everything we would need from kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and utensils to towels and bedding, cable and Wifi- if you needed something, it was there! I instantly felt at home. We brought our two dogs with us and they even had complimentary waste bags for them, plus a big fenced in yard where our pups created their own oasis:)

The neighborhood is an exclusive part of the area known as "The Pink Streets" I had never heard of it before and was blown away how beautiful this waterfront neighborhood is, quiet, safe, and visually stunning. Our daily walks consisted of oohing and ahhing at all the Florida foliage that line the yards, more like a botanical garden then a neighborhood:) Less than a block away is a huge waterfront Park (Pinellas Point Park) that we would take our dogs to and watch the sunset! Oh and the famous St. Pete Native American mounds were also in the neighborhood so visiting them was really neat.

Also, we love to fish and the Marina is so close by, as well as Maximo Park, a wildlife and nature preserve that we would scoot down to and enjoy.

Our host Nick was great! He answered all of our questions, was so nice and welcoming and let us know that he lived close by and if we needed anything he would be happy to help. Just good vibes all around.

We were very happy there, our dogs even more so. It was a sad day when we had to leave, but hopefully we will be able to go back soon. If you want to have a scenic peaceful Florida living experience this is the place to do it.

Oh and I forgot to mention that the bed we had there was really comfortable, we have stayed in many air bnb's that are nice but the beds make us sore or are worn down, so that was awesome. And because the house is on the water it has that natural fresh ocean smell that I love, when we left I noticed my clothes had a slight ocean spray smell and I didn't want to wash them they smelled so good!
