Apartment for 2/4 people at 150 m from the beach of Patacona, attached to the beaches of the capital city of Valencia (Malvarrosa, Cabañal and las Arenas).

It consists of living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and large double room with dressing room (Supports extra bed). Available 2 cots upon request. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, very comfortable. Large terrace of 17 m2. It has air conditioning cold / heat in all rooms, parking in the same building. HD TV and WIFI.

The apartment, together with all its equipment, appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave) and furniture is in the best conditions of use, being totally new. It is part of a closed complex of two buildings with Concierge and Vigilance 24 hours, children's area and pool.

Located in a quiet area, but close to all kinds of services (restaurants, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, sports center, indoor pool). Bus to the center of Valencia 150 m. Easy and fast access to the City of Sciences, Fallero Museum, Shopping Center.
Perfect to rest on the beach and sightseeing in the city, enjoy the Fallas, etc. In Holy Week I was able to attend the Holy Week Easter events, which are held in the vicinity.

Séjour chez ricardo

Accueil très sympathique, appartement parfait, localisation idéale, un séjour juste parfait, le seul bémol est la place de parking un peu juste pour de gros véhicules, nous avons retrouvé notre porte de voiture bien abîmée par le véhicule qui était garé à notre gauche et qui lui aussi était un véhicule de grande taille, dû coup nous avons préféré laissé notre voiture sur un parking public.

Optimale Lage 👍

Wir kannten uns schon ein wenig in Valencia aus und trotzdem haben wir die 14 Tage direkt am Strand von Partacona genossen. Unsere Empfehlung: Fahrräder für den Aufenthalt mieten und nach einem schönen Strandtag, durch den Turia in die Stadt. Vielleicht vorher z. B. über Tipadvisor einen Tisch reservieren (z.B. Grillo Grill Bar 👍), gefühlt ist in Valencia immer etwas los. Später in der Nacht mit dem Fahrrad wieder durch den ausgeleuchteten Turia und am Strand (bei einer frischen Brise 👌) wieder zurück. Aber auch der ÖPNV ist überhaupt kein Problem. Jetzt noch einmal zur Wohnung: Vermieter (Ricardo) stand trotz unserer nächtlichen Ankunft bereit um uns die 🔑 und alle wichtigen Infos zu geben. Es gab nach einer Woche einmal ein Problem, mit dem Internet. Nachdem ich Ricardo angeschrieben hatte, war das Problem mit dem Provider innerhalb einer Viertelstunde erledigt. Wir durften auf Nachfrage am Abreisetag bis zum späten Nachmittag noch die Whg. nutzen. Alles im allem ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles andere entspricht der Beschreibung bei FeWo. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal in Valencia und werden uns dann auch wieder bei Ricardo wohlfühlen.

Excelente y recomendable

Henos estado una semana y ha sido una estancia maravillosa. El propietario muy atento y cercano desde el primer momento. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Con todo lo necesario para el día a día. Lo mejor de todo la terraza donde hemos estado la mayoría del tiempo que permanecimos en el apartamento. Por las noches se duerme fenomenal y en nuestro caso sin necesidad de poner el a/a. Todo funciona perfectamente. La piscina está genial aunque nosotros hemos disfrutado más de la playa porque tenemos piscina en casa. La 0laya espectacular, nada masificada y amplia y limpia Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en este apartamento, por todo lo que he dicho anteriormente y sin duda por la confianza que nos ha transmitido en todo momento Ricardo. Gracias por todo.
