Refurbished apartment in a very quiet traditional area, with all basic services and commerce; 200 m away from beaches and 400 m from train station Cascais-Lisboa. Near the A5 and the Marginal (along the coast). Easy access to everything in Estoril.

It is a Ground Floor Duplex, located in a condominium with private parking. Private patios with direct access to outside common areas.

Adequate for 2+2 people, taking up to 6 people. Cool during Summer, no need for air conditioning. Heating available for Living Rooms and Bedrooms, with electrical heated flooring and wall mounted thermostats. Forced ventilation in Bathrooms and Interiors.

Since it is an apartment in a family building, adequate behavior from guests is expected. Terrific place to stay

Wonderful place to stay - quiet and residential location but 100 m to the nearest beach and not much further to the Center of Estoril. Many great restaurants and grocery stores within a very short walk. Appartment is very well equipped and owners are charming and helpful. Family of five greatly enjoyed our stay here.

This well equipped, clean duplex property is located a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. José and his wife were excellent hosts.

Ideally situated for exploring Lisbon, Sintra,Cascáis and Cabo da Roca.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung war spitze. Nur wenige 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sie bot uns (vier Personen) viel Platz und wir genossen das tägliche Frühstück auf einer der drei Terrassen. Nach Lissabon sind es von dort aus nur 25 Kilometer. Besonders nett ist José, der Vermieter. Er wohnt direkt nebenan und stand uns jederzeit freundlich und gut gelaunt mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben unseren Urlaub unheimlich genossen, viel unternommen und gesehen und uns bei José und seiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür sagt Familie Rust

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung entspricht exakt den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Auch eine Bäckerei, ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie Geldautomat sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Zug ist man innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Lissabon. Die Strände von Estoril sind gepflegt, die beiden Seaside-Pools erlauben das Planschen auch mit kleineren Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Quiet and peacefull

We went for a week with 2 children for the first time to Estoril. The town isn't as "touristic" as the neighbored Cascais in spite of the big Casino in the city center. In particular the area, where the flat is situated, is very quiet. But this makes it very convenient for the family holidays, in particular because the beach is only 5' walking away. The flat itself is big and has two shadowed terrasses to chill outside. The furniture isn't very modern but the flat offers everything one needs. The landlord is very friendly and ready to help if you need something. We have had very pleasant time altogether and would stay longer if we could.
