Our location is convenient with easy access to all amenities and many yearly festivals.
This condo is large, spacious, and quiet in an upscale condominium tower with easy access to Banff and the Rockies.
This is an amazing place, clean, stylish, cozy, and a great place for a family to stay. Loved that they had condiments etc. in fridge and cupboards. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
We've stayed at Steve and Patricia's place on multiple occasions while we visit family in Calgary. From our first stay until today they've been fantastic - providing an immaculate place that's well appointed and they are always available to respond should we need them. We cannot recommend their place highly enough.
A PLUS is that the building is immediately around the corner from the rapid transit line. You can get downtown in minutes and you are within the free zone. When it's good weather the walk downtown is very pleasant.
There are three grocery stores all only a couple minutes away by car. And since we are walkers, we know firsthand that none of them are more than a 10 minute walk and that's a stretch even for those of us in our 60's and 70's.

This is a great place to stay with wonderful accommodating landlords! The pictures accurately reflect this rental with many extras I stayed in October 2016. They gave clear directions to find their building too because Calgary has lots of condo towers. I attended a conference in downtown Calgary for 4 days, and rather than pay $300+ a night for no space, I had a safe, wonderful residence to come back to. This condo is on the rail line and is free to travel downtown where I needed to be. Only 4 stops and less than 10 minutes.It was great. I was a single female and security was very important and this rental totally fit the bill. No problems whatsoever. They even have a cute little gym in the building which I could work out a bit before going downtown. This is an older building, but everything in the condo was in fine working order.You just need to heed their warnings about some quirks of the residence. Not a big deal at all.
Steve and Patricia were able to work around my arrival and departure times and let me keep my bag in their care so I could attend the last day of the conference without dragging my stuff with me Thanks guys! Their daughter also lent an old bike to ride down by the river for an hour. It was a very pleasant way to see Calgary, I also walked by the river on foot. Very peaceful and nice way to see a different Calgary. Lots of folks on the trails too.
The landlords also had some milk and coffee creme in the fridge waiting for me, and a variety of cereals(hot and cold) to pick from.Also, well supplied kitchen if you wanted to cook and a Keureig machine with many choices of coffee and tea to pick from. They also thoughtfully included a lovely gift basket with some nice snacks which was much appreciated. There was some nice cheese and crackers, some fruit, a bottle of wine, a clif bar, and a small toblerone. I ate it all. Yummers. I did not use the garage or go grocery shopping so can not comment on this but I was told there is underground parking and groceries are quite close. Steve also came over one afternoon to tutor me on how to use the TV and Netflix, I needed some extra help.This was a neighbourhood with many condo residences so many people out and about.
I would not hesitate on staying here again, or recommending this residence to others. You will have a nice stay and Steve and Patricia will give good guidance on whatever interests you to see and do during your stay in Calgary. Thanks again.
This condo is right downtown, it was walking distance to everything that we needed. The condo is stylish, clean and comfortable to stay in. Steve the condo owner was friendly and very helpful. I will be staying here again when I am back in Calgary!
