A short walk brings you to the solace of a quiet park, or the enchanting life of either Kensingnton or Uptown 17th Avenue. The first is one of Calgary's oldest communities while the latter is a lively meeting place for young at heart. Known for its diversity in restaurants and street food vendors, Calgary has become one of Canada's favourite destinations for its amazing dining.
Great city and mountain views, Balcony with BBQ, very comfortable, downtown located. The building has a 24hr security attendant and the West Kerby C-train, within the downtown free fare zone, is less than a minute walk away.

Wonderful Home Base
We’ve stayed at this lovely suite multiple times and cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we are in Calgary. First and foremost the owners are terrific. Steve and Patricia have always checked in with us to be sure everything is going well. And on the rare occasion when we had a question they’ve responded right away. The suite has everything we’ve ever needed and we’ve likely tested that having hosted family dinners at the suite. If you’re looking for a quiet, very comfortable (beds are excellent), immaculately clean, centrally located suite in Calgary we’d say look no further.
Truly - everything is right about this suite and the owners could not be better. The suite is spacious and fully equipped. We’ve stayed here many times and we consider this our home away from home when visiting family in Calgary. You can literally see the city train stop from the suite. And that stop is within the free zone should you want to go downtown quickly. Of course you are also within walking distance of downtown as well as three grocery stores, etc. Etc. Easy walk to Moxies for dinner among others. So you are well situated AND you are on the quiet side of the building.
Will definitely stay here again
Excellent location for exploring Calgary. Lovely view of the city and mountains from the living room. Every amenity necessary for a comfortable and relaxing holiday are available in this condo. Hosts are very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed a really nice 6 days at this Condo.
It is very spacious, very comfortable beds and furniture.
Nice view of the river and mountains from the 14th floor.
Well appointed with all amenities in kitchen and bathrooms.
Underground parking was included.
Steve was very easy to communicate with and he returned our security deposit promptly.
We will definitely stay here again when visiting Calgary.
