Overview

About the property

3 Bedrooms, 3/4 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

Situated in the famous Central Coast Wine Country with Springtime weather all year…cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Bordering the Santa Rita Hills Wine Country, you will enjoy Santa Ynez, Santa Barbara, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Solvang and San Luis Obispo, all nearby. We’re known for our world-class wines.

Enjoy this great tranquil property with fireplaces both inside and out. Have breakfast in the private tropical garden courtyard. Or choose dinner under the gazebo canopy. Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood this home is not a party house.

Experience the California Missions, walks on the almost deserted beaches, endless wine tasting, great restaurants, shopping and golf. Also, you will find State Parks, horseback riding, birding, and many other activities.

Consider the coastal Amtrak to Santa Barbara for lunch and have a glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful ocean views or choose the 1.5 hour auto trip to Hearst Castle….an awesome drive along the coast!

kick back stay

  • 5 of 5

House was what their pics showed, pretty, spacious and open. Back and front yards created a relaxed and private air. Definitely drive all over to check out how lovely the surrounding country is. So many wineries to choose from. Lots of hiking areas. The ocean is near, but this isn't necessarily a beach-going area. During the summer the beaches are partially closed for nesting shore birds, which is good for them. The house is really good for any number of people. The kitchen is good to cook in, everything you need. My cocker spaniel thought the yards were heaven! The river walk is nice and convenient.

Weekend in Lompoc, CA

  • 5 of 5

This rental is definitely a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept like babies. Both front and back yards were landscaped with interesting yard art and a soothing fountain in the front. A fireplace in the back patio was a plus on cool nights. We did have dogs with us and they were able to stay comfortably in the fully fenced back yard. The owners gave us a basket of goodies which came in handy while visiting the local attractions. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone wanting a nice, cool, relaxing getaway!

Lompoc Rental

  • 5 of 5

Our stay was most pleasant. The property was just as it was advertised. Very clean and homey. My family was in Lompoc for a family reunion perfect location. We were there for 11 days. We enjoyed all the amenities.

I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.

Great experience, great value

  • 5 of 5

A couple of friends and I rented this home for 3 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. Everything was incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was available: great kitchen for cooking, open floor space, living area amenable for visiting or sprawling and reading, a covered dining area out back, a grill, great shower, fantastic coffee maker. I felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was within short drives to wineries, the mission, a pig farm, and the beach. The house is very clean and although I didn't bring my dog, I will on my next stay since the yard is fenced in. The owners are lovely and they left a beautiful bottle of wine and some yummy chocolate for us. I recommend this home for those who appreciate a home-like feel. I felt like I got great value for my stay and the cost. I'm so happy I chose this spot for my special birthday. (My friends loved it too)
