Luxury Villa 073 This villa captures your attention with its uncomplicated style, exceptional furnishings, modern decoration and selection of colourful accessories. The property is gated and has shaded off-road parking, which leads to the pool area. A two-bedroom property ideally located with other Oceanview managed properties in the same area, which makes them ideal for large groups or wedding parties (please also view 018 and 116).
The front door leads on to the small but perfectly formed kitchen. It is fully equipped with matching silver appliances of an electric oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Two bar stools are available for casual dining at the small breakfast bar. The window, with blind, above the sink, looks out to the side of the property. The ground floor also boasts a ground floor w/c with window and hand basin, as well as a handy storage cupboard.
From the kitchen, you walk into the dining area with a glass table and 4 chairs. Put on some relaxing music, provided by the music player, while bright wall canvases and a wicker lamp add to the feel of the area. Patio doors lead out to a pergola covered area, where you can eat al fresco at the glass dining table with four chairs, and take in the lovely sea views.
The lounge area follows on from the dining area and the bright colorful accessories continue throughout. Relax on one of the two suede style sofas and rest your drinks on the glass coffee table, whilst watching the satellite channels on the flat screen TVor just enjoy the sea views.
The two sets of patio doors, with blinds, lead onto the patio and pool area, with 4 sunbeds, BBQ, an outside shower and parasol with base.
Inside, the stairs lead to the 1st floor, where there are two bedrooms, a double with ensuite shower over bath and twin, with ensuite shower room. Both rooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, decorative butterfly mirrors, bedside cabinets and lamps, and bright pink bed throws.
The double room has patio doors leading to a balcony at the back of the property, making the most of the views, whilst the twin room has patio doors leading to a balcony at the front of the property. IMPORTANT:This holiday home is maintained by the owner or third party designated tradesman. The owner will supply a name and phone number should any problems arise during your holiday.
