The swimming pool is private 1 only apartment. Living room in garden, counts and chairs, barbecue make it possible to live in outside permanently. The swimming pool is made safe by closed gate with key and covers with a tarpaulin and bars. Good security for childrens. It is heated in spring and autumn season.

Beaches, port, shops,restaurants at 10 minutes by foot. Starting point for hikes in the creeks,hills,vineyard,excursion for cities,festival etc. and all sports, ludic, cultural activities in the neighbourhood.

About Etienne Coliche
Retired Business man, settled in Cassis since 1999, coming from the North, fully integrated into the life of the village. I assume many responsibilities in the village of Cassis

After finding that they came only a few weeks a year, I rented to make use of the facilities. This allows to provide a 4-star equipment, luxury, service and friendliness.Every year, we improve for the benefit of our children, grandchildren and guests

A real gem of a property! Perfect for families, clean, beautiful and safe. Perfect location.
The location of the property in Cassis is perfect, and worked well for our family of five (children aged 14,12 & 7). The house feels very exclusive in both its location and design. The supermarket is a 4 minute walk away and only a further 10 minutes picturesque walk from there into Cassis town and on to the stunning port and restaurants. The property is set in a lovely garden with a pool - ideal for cooling off in. The space feels private and very safe.
The property is maintained to a very high standard and has been very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for your stay - truly everything we needed was supplied. The owners, who live on site, were charming and very welcoming. They clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay and were on hand when needed for help, advice and recommendations. They also respected our privacy and space which was perfect. We arrived at Cassis by train and the owners where fantastic in helping us with organising this.
The view from the property by day is really very special, and at night the distant lights of the town are a magical sight.There is a lot to do and see in Cassis; the great beaches, boats trips, walks to Les Calanques and much more besides. I'm sure we will return and would definitely stay at this perfect property again and highly recommend it to others.

Cassis is a beautiful town and Etienne and Michelle's apartment is the best place to stay when visiting. The apartment is clean and spacious and has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The views to the sea and Cape Canaille are stunning and the pool is really clean and so relaxing. The apartment is in a private road, this is a huge benefit, as finding a parking space in Cassis in peak season is a challenge! The apartment is in the best location, 2 minutes away from the supermarket and only a 10 minute walk to town, where there are lots of restaurants and cafes round the port. Although Etienne and Michelle live upstairs we hardly ever saw them, and gave us privacy apart from when Etienne arrived mid week to provide us fresh towels! Do not hesitate to book, you will have a wonderful holiday in a great apartment, with great hosts.

Garden Apartment in Cassis
The property is in a great location with a beautiful garden that you step straight out to from the living space. The pool was a big hit with the children and made for a lovely relaxing spot in the heat of the afternoons. The property is very well maintained and the owner was very welcoming and on hand to help with any queries we had. I would be happy to recommend the property to family and friends, though would highlight that whilst the property is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Cassis it is at the top of a hill. Cassis itself is a vibrant harbour town, very well placed for visiting the region, which has a rich history. We loved our boat trip to the Calanques and the hiking. The only problem we had was that a week was not long enough, a month's stay would have been better!!

Best proposal for a family
It is the best apartment for our 10-years history of visiting Cassis. Central location near the super market, own swimming pool (protected from children), private road with 24/7-available parking place, lovely garden and well equiped apartment made this stay unforgettable. We will choose this apartment next time. Special thanks to the owners who were very nice, cooperative and friendly.

Great place to relax and drink in the view
Good well maintained apartment with beautiful garden. Views over the Cap and the sea with great pool to cool off in.
Owners very helpful and left us undisturbed after letting us have early access following a quick drive from Nice. Lots of great restaurants especially Napoleons in the back streets . Beaches are all stoney so bring something padded to relax on. Kayaking on the coast fantastic the sea is really clear and the only way to get to Calanque d'En Vau is either walking for two hours or by kayak the tour boats are not allowed to stop on the beach.
Great holiday and will definitely return to Cassis one day.
The perfect place!
We are 2 couples in our 50's who had never been to Cassis before, and found this wonderful piece of paradise. First, the owners were friendly and available (they live on the upper floor.) They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. The living room/kitchen are small, but we spent very little time inside the apartment because the outside terrace and swimming pool were so amazing! The garden is kept with beautiful flowers and trees, the outdoor furniture was comfortable and inviting. The pool was beginning to get a bit cold for us Floridians, but we did spend some time in it. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, and very close to a grocery store. In the mornings we would walk to the bakery to buy the most wonderful chocolate croissants, and then bring them back to the apartment to have with our coffee on the terrace. We were going to make several day trips during our week stay here to other nearby cities, but we couldn't bring ourselves to leave this beautiful place. The sunsets were phenomenal. There is plenty to do in this little gem of a town, and we all would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!
