Perfect location and amenities for Penticton long weekend

The property is exactly as described on VRBO and it was the ideal location for our group of seven adults and two children in Penticton for a long weekend wedding and we had every amenity we could have wanted. Very easy walk to one of the Okanagan Lake beaches, a bit further (or a very short drive) to the other beach and located right next to The Bench coffee place / deli where we got the best, fresh muffins and scones every morning. It was a hot weekend in Penticton so we were as grateful for a very good air conditioning system in the condo as we were for the great waters of Okanagan Lake. The owners were extremely easy to contact and had great communications to help us with the reservation and answer any questions we may have had. We would go back to this property in a flash for a similar type family get together.

Nice location and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay . It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The owners were very helpful if we needed any thing extra. The little coffee shop next door was an added bonus. It was also nice to be able to walk to the beach, downtown and the market.

Great place for a big group, perfect location!

There were 10 of us ladies, and the house was perfect. For some reason I was expecting there to be a backyard (there isn't), so that was a bit disappointing at first, but once you realize that the beautiful parks and beaches along the lake are just a short walk down the street, it's a non-issue! We also used the front yard a bit when we really just wanted to sit out on the grass before going out for the day.

The neighbours were lovely, nobody seemed to mind our loudness during the day and in fact one neighbour stopped to take photos with us and tell us that we were livening up the neighbourhood!

I would definitely go back and stay at Christine's house! Thanks so much.

Fantastic place, fantastic location, fantastic host

We stayed there for the long labour day weekend. The place is close to the lake, close to a lot of restaurants. The neighbourhood is great as well.

The house, is roomy, clean and comfortable.

The host is very responsive and accommodative. Quick to respond and take care of things.

I will stay there again.

Our favourite in Penticton

Every year my husband and I make at least one trip to the Okanogan to tour the wineries and enjoy the beaches. This was our first time staying in this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a great location in Penticton right on Vancouver Ave. close to downtown, the beach and with easy access to the numerous wineries on the Naramata bench. The half-duplex is better equipped than the other property we used to stay at in Penticton and very quiet and clean. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. The only thing that was less than ideal for this trip was, as two adult couples with adult children, the lack of a second queen bed BUT we will definitely stay at this rental next year when we come back none the less.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, great location

We had a great time! The place was perfect and slept 10 of us comfortably. We enjoyed spending time on both patios. Great location next door to the Bench market and walking distance to the beach, restaurants/pubs, KVR trail and wineries.
