We stayed there for the long labour day weekend. The place is close to the lake, close to a lot of restaurants. The neighbourhood is great as well.
The house, is roomy, clean and comfortable.
The host is very responsive and accommodative. Quick to respond and take care of things.

Every year my husband and I make at least one trip to the Okanogan to tour the wineries and enjoy the beaches. This was our first time staying in this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a great location in Penticton right on Vancouver Ave. close to downtown, the beach and with easy access to the numerous wineries on the Naramata bench. The half-duplex is better equipped than the other property we used to stay at in Penticton and very quiet and clean. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. The only thing that was less than ideal for this trip was, as two adult couples with adult children, the lack of a second queen bed BUT we will definitely stay at this rental next year when we come back none the less.
We had a great time! The place was perfect and slept 10 of us comfortably. We enjoyed spending time on both patios. Great location next door to the Bench market and walking distance to the beach, restaurants/pubs, KVR trail and wineries.
The house was very nice and very well stocked. It is centrally located and the deli/coffee house right next door was very nice and the food was good too. There was plenty room for he 5 adults and 2 small children. The only draw back was the parking. It is all street parking, and the street is very busy. Getting small children in and out of a vechical is a challenge because of the traffic. Thank you for a great stay in Penticton.
Great location, close to a fantastic cafe, downtown and the beach. Loads of room for our group of 5. Chris was very accommodating with out schedule for checking in and checking out. Highly recomended
We were very happy we found this house. We rented both top units and one bottom unit for the 20 of us, it was perfect for a big family. Location was great, the cafe next door was really good. House was very clean and the air conditioning kept us cool at night.
