About the property

Our relaxing and comfortable second floor corner end unit features fabulous Intracoastal Waterway views. Bouchelle Island is a quiet residence community, offering 2 heated pools, a clubhouse with fitness center, tennis courts, the Callalisa Putting Greens and the private community waterfront boardwalk. Enjoy watching dolphins play and sailboats pass from the large screened lanai.

The renovated kitchen (2014) features stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, counter tops and a full size washer/dryer combo unit, new bath vanity in the 2nd bath as well as new tile and carpet throughout.

The Living Room overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and offers a complete entertainment system with cable and WiFi. Master Bedroom features a queen size bed, separate access to the lanai with river views, a private vanity area off the Master bathroom as well as a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom features two twin beds and has a its own entrance to the second full bathroom.

Beach towels and chairs are all included for your use.

Pets are not allowed.

Our condo is available for a minimum of 60 days (or 2 months). During peak season, we require a minimum of 90 days. We are just 1 mile from the nearest beach ramp access (E. 3rd Avenue), a short walk or 2 minute car ride to the most popular restaurants, including Norwood's, The Garlic and Spanish River Grille. The quaint Flagler Avenue district provides hours of exploring and shopping fun; grab an ice cream and stroll the avenue or stop in for people watching over a burger at The Breakers Beach Restaurant (1.7 miles away). Publix, our nearest grocery store is also just a mile away.

Beautiful Bouchelle Island

We were fortunate to have spent the past two winters in this beautifully appointed condo overlooking the intracoastal. The lovely kitchen was well stocked, the lanai had very comfortable furniture as did the rest of the condo. The washer and dryer were a big plus. Every day was different as we watched the dolphins play and the beautiful boats of all sizes moving up and down the waterway. The kayaks and paddle boards were also fun to watch from the screened lanai. The amenities of two pools, boardwalk, tennis courts and the chip and putt golf were all right there to enjoy, and last but not least, the gorgeous sunsets. Bouchelle is a most convenient area of New Smyrna with easy access to shopping on Flager and/or Canal Street, all the interesting restaurants, and of course the beach. We would highly recommend this lovely condo .
