Lovely modern flat with 2 bedrooms, front room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a communal garden, where you can relax and enjoy a cup of real english tea. This apartment is situated at the basement. Located in a quite and attractive neighbourhood with a huge park just across the road. In front of the property there is a bus stop with direct line to the city centre, depending on peak hour it takes aprox. 10-30min to Big Ben. Free parking in the nearby streets.

Nice flat but overpriced
We decided to stay here because of the location & price. Negatives:
I was emailed the wrong lock code for the key, after traveling 8 hrs with two kids under 3 yrs old, it was a really long day and we still needed to do some shopping for dinner.
The bathtub had mold & smelt of mildew. The oven pan sheet was dirty & with little to no cleaning supplies. We had to buy paper towels, sponges, hand soap, and laundry detergent.
There were critters in the flat, spiders, slug, and a dead mouse outside the back door.
There was food left in the freezer from a previous guest.
Communication with Eva was only existing over the phone not email. I’ve emailed her about the mold and what the checkout procedures were but I never got a response.
There weren’t any instructions within the flat, for checkout, public transportation info, restaurant/grocery store info or appliance instructions.
Location didn’t meet the description of a quiet neighborhood, a public bus stop was right outside the gate, by definition that’s not quiet.
The flat itself was nice, especially living area &kitchen. When the code didn’t work, I called Eva & left a message, she called me back right away (she was super nice!).The garden was nice but weren’t sure if we were allowed to use the swing. Since it was a basement flat, it was cooler but that’s an invitation for critters to enter. We had plenty of linens, they came in handy when we did laundry. Location was still good, it wasn’t quiet quiet but it was quiet for London (still a busy st) & it wasn’t a long walk to the train station. WIFI & cable were great, WIFI was limited to a certain area but it worked great. Beds were comfortable, it was difficult to get consistent hot water but that was a plus since the cooler showers were great for the hot weather. There were nice restaurants close by & a great playground for our kids. It was easier to walk to the grocery store vs driving because parking wasn’t a sure thing.
Overall, we had a great time visiting London, the flat was nice but it certainly wasn’t worth the price. The flat was musty & I expected more supplies & a professional cleaning. Basements are typically not pleasant but I’m happy to pay more for quality (cleaning.) I recommend more functional supplies (hand soap, paper towels, sponges, drying rack for dishes, spray cleaner), a thorough cleaning (esp the cupboards/bathtub), visitor info package (tube/train map, restaurant guide, etc.), and better communication.
The apartment is situated close to Peckham Rye station and East Dulwich Station. It is overlooking the Rye. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment that can take you to the center within 10-30 minutes.
