Detailed description:

Let our condo be your home away from home in Park City! Our beautifully updated and incredibly clean condo has everything you need to live like a local in Park City. It's in the perfect location to enjoy everything our beautiful mountain town has to offer. But most importantly, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your host is local, super quick to answer questions and is incredibly responsive should any issues arise. We take great pride in our condo and the service we provide to our guests. We want you to have an awesome 5-star Park City vacation!

The condo's located directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) as well as the Park City Golf Course (where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the winter). Starbucks, grocery and convenience stores and ski/bike rentals are within a block and we're right on Park City's free bus line that will take you anywhere in town. Historic Main Street is only a mile away. The complex has free off-street parking and a heated pool and hot tub (available in summer and winter only).

Our warm and cozy 530 sq/ft condo is on the ground level and has been completely remodeled and has everything you need to enjoy Park City with all the comforts of home.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher!), new high-quality dinnerware and silverware and a butcher block island with three bar stools for dining in.

The living room has a rich, high-end leather sofa with queen-size pull out mattress, a cozy lounge chair, wood-burning fireplace and, best of all, a 42" HD flat-screen cable-equipped TV.

You'll sleep like a log in the bedroom, which has a queen-size mattress, plenty of closet space with two small dressers inside, and a 32" flat-screen HD TV with cable! We provide plenty of linens and pillows for up to four guests.

The bathroom has a subway tiled shower with full-size tub and a new sink, countertop and hardware. It's stocked with plenty of plush towels and washcloths and one travel-sized shampoo/conditioner set.

You can see the base of PCMR from your patio, and there's an outdoor locker for your ski gear. During summer and winter seasons, the heated pool and hot tub are open and ready for you to relax after a long day of enjoying Park City.

Please note that there is not AC in this unit. There are ceiling and window fans in the unit to keep you comfortable.

The free Park City shuttle will take you anywhere you need to go, including Main Street and Deer Valley Ski Resort and the shuttle stop is located directly across the street from your condo!

You're within walking distance to Starbucks, 7-11, Chase Bank, Walgreen's, two different ski equipment and rental shops, and numerous other shops and restaurants for your convenience.

About Us:

We're Utah natives and love living in Park City! As our guest, you'll receive a comprehensive guide to our condo and insights into Park City from a locals point of view, including where to eat, what to do, how to get around and how to get the lowest price for ski passes. Need more advice or have other questions? Just ask! We literally live blocks away and LOVE helping our guests enjoy our beautiful mountain town.

We can provide daily cleaning service and help get your condo stocked with food before you arrive.

Our full time jobs are managing our Park City rental condos and making sure our guests have 5-star vacations!

House rules:

Our condo is your home away from home during your stay in Park City and we ask that you treat it as such. Little things like wiping up spills quickly, not allowing children to jump on furniture and turning off lights and electronics when you leave go a long way to keeping our place in great shape. Be respectful and courteous to your neighbors and mindful of noise at all times of the day and night. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the Snowcrest property. Pets/animals are not allowed in our condo at any time or for any reason.

We loved the short stroll up to the First time lift everyday to get our skiing started. The hot tub and pool at the Snowcrest are very well maintained and a great way to relax after hitting the slopes. We can't recommend this place enough!

There is free, unassigned off-street parking should you arrive with a car, but a car certainly isn't necessary. The Park City free bus route will take you to every resort in the area as well as Old Town and other locations, and the bus stop only steps away.

In addition to being across the street from PCMR and right next to the free bus route, you have a Starbuck's, 7-11, grocery store and numerous restaurants within only a few blocks.

The Park City Golf Course is also right across the street. In the winter it becomes the White Pine Touring Cross Country ski course with over 20 kms of groom trails!

If you enjoy Mountain Biking you'll find some of the best riding anywhere, right outside your door. Hop on your bike and you can be on amazing single track in less than two-minutes!

A Great Place to Stay

This is a great condo and very convenient to anything you may want to do in Park City. From walking in to closing the door as we left Park City the condo felt like home. Clean, organized, spacious for the two of us - it exceeded our expectations. The pool and jacuzzi are very close to the front door and for outdoor activities, a bike shop (Coles) across the street. Great accommodations in a really fun town. We will be back

Great location, great stay overall

The location of the unit is hard to beat - it is literally the closest unit in the complex to the hot tub (which is important when it's freezing!). The only not amazing thing was that the baseboard heater in the bedroom didn't seem to have a working thermostat so it was impossible to turn off/down, leading to a very warm room, until I realized it was on a separate circuit and just turned it off completely at the breaker panel. But that didn't ruin the stay or anything.

Cozy, Clean Condo in Park City

Super clean condo in ideal Park City location for my recent business trip for Sundance Film Festival. Cindy and Jason are great hosts and everything is very clear as to entry with keys, etc. They even provided late check-out on day of departure which allowed me to catch an extra film at noon! Definitely coming back.

Lovely condo!

My husband, two children, and I visited Park City for the first time before Christmas, and stayed at Jason and Cindy's condo.

The condo was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The condo was tastefully decorated, with simple holiday decor that made it festive. We made use of the fireplace every night, and one night the kids spent it in the hot tub with snow all around! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked for us to prepare light breakfasts and meals. (I loved their Crate and Barrel dishware and the hand soap they used in in the bath!)

We loved the location - easy walk to the grocery store and drug store for basic supplies, and the Park City Mountain Resort. In addition, we utilized the free bus system practically right outside the door to get to Main Street, the Canyons Resort, and other areas in a short time.

Jason and Cindy were easy to communicate with, provided recommendations for our family, and responded quickly to a few questions we had upon arrival. Jason and Cindy thought of everything one could possibly need, and we can't wait to return to their lovely condo in such a charming town!

Excellent! Clean condo, responsive hosts, and awesome location!

With upcoming nuptials and a lease that ended October 1, I found myself "homeless" in Park City for a few days before my wedding. This condo provided the perfect little mini escape with just enough luxuries but still a "lived in" feel. I took full advantage of morning coffee on the little back patio, lit the fireplace to stay cozy, took a hot bath, and loved having a full kitchen instead of just a mini fridge and microwave.

Everything was immaculately clean, very well maintained, and exactly as pictured/described. No surprises, these two have thought of just about everything! Jason and Cindy are approachable (even though I didn't have any reason to contact them, I knew I could) and I will be definitely be referring friends and family to their properties in the future!
