This bright 80 sq.mt apartment opens up directly onto the dining room, complete with a table for 6/8 people and which has the function of a foyer, since it leads to the other rooms of the house. The living room is located on the left and is furnished with a double sofa bed (width 1,60 mts), TV area and design furniture.
A corridor leads to the other rooms, among which a fully equipped separate kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher and a marble table for 4 people.The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with two single beds which can be used as a double bed as well and with a large closet. The room overlooks the inner side of the building and is therefore very quiet. The bathroom is fitted with a comfortable tub.
Extra facilities :For stays longer than 30 days, a cleaning service every 15 days is included (with change of bed linen and towels).
AreaThe apartment is located in Rome city centre, only moments from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, San Luigi dei Francesi Church, where you can admire some precious paintings by Caravaggio, and Campo dei Fiori, one of the most famous and typical sights of the city, home to a colourful street market.
Within walking distance is also the other bank of the Tiber river, that one with the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo (across the Lungotevere Vaticano and Via della Conciliazione).
At about 500 meters is the famous Piazza Farnese, where the Farnese Palace stands. It was designed by Antonio da Sangallo and then continued by Michelangelo. Only moments from the apartment (about 20 meters) is Santa Maria in Vallicella church and the nearby Oratorio dei Filippini, erected under the supervision of Francesco Borromini between 1637 and 1667.
At 700 meters (10 minutes on foot) is the Altemps Palace, one of the four buildings comprised into the Roman National Museum.
Walking down Lungotevere Tebaldi you cross the Tiber and reach the Trastevere district: a pleasant walk conducts to Villa Farnesina, the Botanical Gardens on the Gianicolo hill and Santa Maria in Trastevere Basilica.
