The whole bungalow is exclusively yours when you book one or both of the twin- double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, and separate doors opening onto verandah. Our own natural spring provides water to the bungalow and solar power energizes hot water supply. The luxurious space offers all mod cons and home comforts, whilst being surrounded by tea plantations and panoramic breath-taking mountain views. The large kitchen, including breakfast bar, an open plan living room and dinning room are an invitation to relax and enjoy with friends and family. A resident caretaker looks after the property and maintains the garden/land. Serendipity Springs is situated in Elkaduwa, approximately 26km from Kandy and about 2600ft above sea level , A soothing cool breeze blows through the bungalow and on occasion even the mist touches you as it moves through the open doors. If up early enough in the mornings, an awesome sunrise will greet you.
The central highlands exist in a perpetual springtime bubble, away from the close heat and heavy air of the rest of the island, whilst being ideal base from which to explore it and return. Introductory offer is only £ 75 per night per room.
Location - The property is approximately 130 km from Katunayaka International Airport and about 26 km from Kandy. When travelling from Colombo turn left at Peradeniya for a short cut to Katugastota. From Katugastota via Wattegama you will arrive at Elkaduwa, drive straight Hunugala and after about 1.5 km you will see Serendipity Springs Bungalow on your left, within Mahatenna Tea Estate. It is about 100m from the main road to the entrance gate.
