The apartment is on the fifth floor (have to climb 86 easy steps reach the apartment) on via del Castellaccio: a charming Medieval street that overlooks piazza Brunelleschi. Outside the building you will find many shops, bars and restaurants as well as the main cultural attractions.
Costanza (731 sq. ft) has one double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub, and it can sleep up to 4 people. As the guest enters they the apartment you will find the living room with flat-screen tv, 2 comfortable sofas and a pleasant dining area. On the right of the entrance door the guest will find the fully equipped and functional kitchen while on the left of the entrance door you will find the bathroom, complete with bathtub and the bedroom, with double bed, furnished in a charming Ethnic and Medieval style. Going back to the living room, which is the heart of this lovely nest, there are some stairs that lead to the upper floor. Here you will find a single sofa bed and a wardrobe. It is an ideal place to relax and read a good book! On this floor the will also find a nice terrace that overlooks the Atheneum, the important university of music, and is the perfect place for an outside meal.
