The apartment is simply yet elegantly furnished, offering a relaxing environment for a family holiday.
The day area is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a small study corner, a soft red armchair and a cabinet with TV set; a bookcase and some shelves complete the furniture. The separate kitchen is fitted with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and electric oven.
The night area offers a double bedroom with a futon bed (190cm X 160cm), a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables, and a bathroom with shower stall, basin, bidet and wc.
Area The apartment is located in Via dei Ramni, in the quietest part of San Lorenzo district: the area is named after the nearby basilica of San Lorenzo fuori le Mura, sandwiched between the Aurelian walls, at Porta Tiburtina, and the Verano cemetery. It was firstly inhabited by factory workers, artisans and train drivers -from here the popular soul of the area-, and it was immediately very appreciated by the students of the nearby La Sapienza university.Filled with pubs, restaurants and cultural clubs, San Lorenzo district was also chosen by many artists, writers and famous film personalities. One of its main traits is the high number of vintage shops lining up in the streets.
