The apartment opens onto a spacious double living room: one side is occupied by the sitting corner, furnished with a bookcase, a TV set, a double sofa bed, a small coffee table and a cosy relaxation corner with armchair; the dining area is furnished with a functional table seating up to 4 people.
The kitchen, overlooking the street, is fitted with dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary tableware for up to 6 people. Beyond the kitchen you find a small box room with washing machine and fridge.
The night area is composed of both a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a bookcase and a wall-closet with 8 glass doors, and an en-suite bathroom with shower stall.

AreaThe apartment is located in Via San Giovanni in Laterano, originally a narrow, winding road, until the end of 1300, when Pope Urbano VI granted several fiscal and legal privileges to help populate the area. Later, the street was widened - in 1588 - by Pope Sixtus V, who wanted to connect the Colosseum to the Lateran.Little by little the inhabitants rose, and many important buildings, churches and elegant villas started to be built in the area.
At street number 10 is the entrance to the 'Casino Fini', dating back to the XVII century: it belonged to a villa, whose park stretched to Via dei Ss. Quattro; at street number 33 there is the elegant façade of the late Baroque church of S.Maria delle Lauretane.The Basilica of San Clemente, dedicated to Pope Clemente I, is also located in the area, nestled in the valley between the Esquilino and the Celio, in the upscale Monti district.
