Set in the countryside, in the north of Mallorca 4 km from Pollença beach, this property can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The garden houses the 9.5 m x 4.5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m. There you can relax on one of the sun loungers or make a tasty barbecue. The porch is a nice corner to have dinner with friends. The house is located in a rural area, ideal for a quiet holiday.

This house offers accommodation on one floor and 260 m2. Two bedrooms are fitted with two twin beds each and one comes with a double bed. There is one shower bathroom and one bath with bath tub. We can supply a cot in case you need one.

In the bright sitting-dining room you can watch satellite-TV, read a good book or have lunch with your loved ones. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob. There is A/C in the bedrooms and in the living room. Furthermore, you will have access to a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

This property is the right choice if you are searching for beach and/or active holidays. The nice sand beach of Puerto de Pollensa and the mountains are just a few kilometres away. In the Serra de Tramuntana you can explore many idyllic spots, hiking and cycling routes. There are lots of small gravel bays like Playa de Escorca or Sa Calobra. If you prefer sandy beaches, you can go to Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor or Cala Sant Vicente. In the old town of Pollensa you will find all necessary services for your stay. Furthermore, the centre has a nice main square with restaurants. Don't forget to visit the Calvary of Pollensa. On the top there is a small chapel and you can enjoy stunning views over the Bay of Pollensa.

Mind that the water of the villa is not potable and not for cooking. You can buy water in every supermarket.

Charming villa

Villa with a beautiful gatden and pool. Great Outdoor cooking and seating area. The villa is located in a beautiful valley a short drive out of pollenca. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything is doubtlessly clean. Highly recommended

Leider wurde der Hausname durch den Veranstalter (durch Sie) geändert welcher nicht der realen Beschilderung vor Ort entspricht. Somit ist eine Hauszuordnung nicht möglich.Die angegeben Hilfe Telefonnummer hat auch nicht wirklich funktioniert denn wie will man ein Haus mit Namen Banurria finden wenn das haus vor Ort mit Villaisa beschildert ist. Nur durch die Hilfe eines Einheimischen und der Not-Telefonnummer konnte der Hausbesitzer ausfindig gemacht werden.Im ganzen hat die Suche 2 Stunden gedauert. Hätte man den wircklichen Hausnamen angegeben wären uns 2 Stunden Suche erspart geblieben. Ansonsten top Haus.

Wir haben 9 wundervolle Tage mit 2 Familien in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat einen ausgezeichnet gepflegten Außenbereich mit tollem Pool und super Außenküche. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist großartig!

Auszeit in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool super. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Bei einem Problem schickte die Agentur sofort Hilfe. Der Eigentümer erschien unverzüglich und kümmerte sich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.
