Enjoy the $400k transformation most desirable home at Las Terrazas. Featuring fully retractable sliders off the Great Room, you can see, hear, & smell the jungle sounds (no other condo has this unique feature). Every detail in this renovation was chosen with care, from the stand alone bathtub in the master suite to the floating bed in the Great Room to the hand selected rugs and lanterns from Morocco. Note: . Guests have access to the amazing and private Prieta Beach Club, and Guests are responsible for paying the access fee on days that you go to the Prieta Beach Club. This is payable directly to the Prieta Beach Club. Fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Club. Current fee schedule from the Club is a cost per person +VAT, per day that they go to the club: Jan -Oct 2024 is $50 +VAT, Nov 2024-April 2025 (excluding Festive) is $100 +VAT, Festive 2024-2024 is $200 +VAT.

Once the home is booked, we will connect you with our amazing concierge to plan the details of your stay. Our concierge will meet you in person at your arrival for check in and check out.
The home is within the resort gates of Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, which is also home to the Four Seasons, Andaz, and the Ritz Carlton Reserve (opening 2024). It is approx. 30 minutes from the LIR (Guanacaste) airport.
As the homeowner's guest, you have access to the resort. You also have access to the private Prieta Beach Club (guests responsible for access fee when they go), and to the Arnold Palmer Ocean course, and tennis and pickleball courts near the pro shop.

The sophisticated bunk room has 2 custom built bunks with queen beds below and single above.

This home is sure to delight and become a "must return" destination. We include a personal concierge to curate your itinerary of adventures and relaxation, as well as a home caretaker to make certain the home is not only functioning properly, but that the smaller details, such as the mood at the home, are enhanced.

The condo is in a low volume condo complex of just 16 condos. There are 2 common pools within the condo complex and you are free to use either (likely you will use the closest one).

Our concierge can arrange transportation from the airport to your home, as well as coordinate a rental golf cart or rental car for your use during your stay (paid separately).

Very nice but sure could be better

Great house, super great location, great amenities, however the house is in need of many minor repairs. Broken light switches, broken bathroom faucets, air conditioning not working properly, refrigerator not working properly, ceiling fan making horrendous noise. All simple things that need attention, but these things add up when you are paying top dollar for a "luxury home".

Everything was wonderful!

Condo was as advertised, even better. Jane and Bari were very helpful with everything we needed. The beach club was one of the best we have visited!

Spacious, impeccable home... will definitely return!

I just returned from a beautiful vacation at Vista Tranquila in Costa Rica. The spaciousness of this home defies the word condo. The 3 master suite bedrooms were roomy and impeccable in cleanliness, quality of finish and linens, and even the water pressure impressed me. We drank the water from the filtered fridge all week and felt perfect which was a nice bonus. I’ve stayed in some of the finest resorts in the world and this home is really top notch. On a side note, I was also really impressed with the quality of the produce and the gourmet meals from the private chef Filipe and his team. Our food experience was really a 10 and I can’t say that very often when travelling overseas. I will definitely return to enjoy this experience again.

Vista Tranquila is a beautiful, well-appointed and centrally located home on Peninsula Papagayo.

Vista Tranquila is a beautiful, well-appointed and centrally located home on Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica. With 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it was incredibly spacious and perfect for our vacation. Everyone had ample space to spread out and relax, including private balconies off each bedroom. All 4 balconies face the rainforest and the ocean, and the amazingly beautiful views made it a perfect place to stay. The organized closets and bathrooms made it easy to unpack and settle in, and the maids were impeccable with their service. The beautiful furnishings and decorations made it a comfortable place to spend 2 weeks and the central location (near the golf course, tennis courts, and close to the Four Seasons and Prieta Beach Club) was ideal for exploring the area. Details like wifi, filtered water and high-quality kitchen appliances were covered and made the stay very comfortable for all of us. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious vacation destination in beautiful Costa Rica!
